This is the result of obtaining the pressure value of the pressure sensor 2SMPB-02B for comparison.

① is the value at a room temperature of 22°C.
② is the value about 30 seconds after heating with a dryer.
I am using STEVAL-MKI192V1.
There is a difference in pressure change due to temperature.
Am I missing some necessary setting?
