How to program STEVAL-MKBOXPRO's audio buzzer?

In the getting started guide there is a programmable audio buzzer names SPK1 but I can't find reference of it anywhere, where I can enable it in the .ioc file and how to interact with it? Please could someone advise me on this.

Have you tried looking at the schematics?
