We have used the STKNX IC in our Product as transceiver. In the ESD Test, the IC failed to sustain. The layout and components of the peripheral circuit is as per datasheet and reference from EVALSTKNX Board. Please guide urgently.

Well, the EVALKITSTKNX is a "kit [that] includes all the necessary components both to evaluate the performances of the STKNX circuit and to develop a KNX device on twisted pair medium according to the TP1-256 standard."
The kit is therefore not a ready-made reference design that you can use directly for your own boards without checking and adapting it, which is also mentioned in the Terms of Use.
Evaluation kits focus on the actual function of a device, so of course, depending on the requirements in your application, you should also provide external ESD protection measures, for which there is a large portfolio of suitable ESD protection devices.

Hello Peter,
As per the datasheet of STKNX IC, we have used the SMAJ40CA IC in our Product. We tested our Product for ESD. But the STKNX IC burnt. What can be the cause and solution on this.

If the STKNX is burnt, the SMAJ40CA has obviously not protected against the ESD pulse - provided you have connected it in the right place.
For the usually very demanding ESD tests, it is not only the protecting components that are important, but above all the layout. For this reason, such a question cannot really be answered here, but should be discussed with local ESD-experienced companies, alternatively with your local distributor.

What is the ESD rating of STKNX IC? Does the IC has internal ESD or any other protection diodes?

The STKNX does not contain any protection diodes intended for ESD or other protection, because this is always application-specific.
