Dear Sirs,
I would ask how it is connected ISM330BX with STEVAL-MKI245KA in the webinar. In fact STEVAL-MKI245KA has inside different sensors and I don't see the connector to plug STEVAL-MKI245KA.
Moreover in en.FP-AI-MONITOR2_V1.0.0_RC8 need to be installed in CubeMX?
The en.FP-AI-MONITOR2_V1.0.0_RC8 use one of INT1 and INT2 or both of ISM330BX?
Thanks

Hi @mruppi ,
inside the evaluation kit STEVAL-MKI245KA there is one ISM330BX sensor mounted on the square board, while the other adapter (the rectangular one, called STEVAL-MKIGI06A, which is a DIL24 adapter) can be plugged into a standard DIL 24 socket and it is connected to the square board through the flat grey cable as shown in the picture below.
When you are talking about en.FP-AI-MONITOR2_V1.0.0_RC8, I think you are confusing AI running on a STM32 microcontroller with the machine learning core embedded directly inside ISM330BX MEMS sensor.

Thanks.
I mind to connect connect ISM330BX to STEVAL-STWINBX1, as shown in webinar (webinar-ism330bx.pdf) where is said that en.FP-AI-MONITOR2_V1.0.0_RC8 is used, my question is how the connection is done?
In particular, I whould ask to focus on INT1, INT2 connection between STM32U585 and ISM330BX: they need to be connected, both?
Regards

Hi @mruppi ,
For the hardware setup and the software tools (the name of the used function pack is FP-SNS-DATALOG2, not FP-AI-MONITOR2), please refer to the ISM330BX webinar at the link
Start watching from the minute 26:26 on and follow the steps.
For INT1, INT2 connection between STM32U585 and ISM330BX: they do not need to be connected both to the microcontroller. In the demo, by default the INT1 is enabled.
In general, please refer to ISM330BX datasheet, where you can see that INT1 and INT2 are programmable and optional (see Table 2).
