For STM32H753IITx + ST67W611M1 on a custom board with FreeRTOS:

What is the recommended integration approach for X-CUBE-ST67W61 on STM32H753?

Specifically:

1. Is STM32H753 officially supported/recommended as a host MCU for ST67W611M1?
2. For H753, is it recommended to use the middleware directly from CubeMX?
3. Are there known FreeRTOS version compatibility issues between CubeMX-generated FreeRTOS and X-CUBE-ST67W61 on H753?

There is a dedicated wiki page related to the X-CUBE-ST67W61 pack usage in STM32CubeMX you can find here.

This should answer your questions, but basically yes you can port on all target having the minimum hardware requirements (section 1.1)
