Hi,
I have been looking at this newer ST87M01 as of here :- https://www.st.com/resource/en/datasheet/st87m01.pdf
and wondered does it support LTE-M or only NB-IOT?
Thanks!

The product description is "NB-IoT module":
throughout the document, only NB-IoT is mentioned - there is no mention at all of LTE-M anywhere.
Also on the Product Page.
Surely, if it did support LTE-M, they would have mentioned that?
PS:
Also remember that these "Features" lists are largely marketing-driven: if they could possibly include another feature, they most certainly would - even if it was just "dreamware" or "vapourware" ...

Hi Neil, Thanks for confirming it's just the datasheet did say LTE support I wasn't sure if this encompassed LTE-M also which is a shame. Perhaps ST might look at an LTE-M version of this in the future...

No, it says "LTE Category NB2" - that is NB-IoT:
There are many LTE Categories - they cover everything from NB-IoT to high-speed mobile broadband:
