EOL for ST7540

Hello ST Team,

I am hardware design engineer at Grundfos. In our current design we plan to use ST7540 part from power line communication. We would like to know the end of life for this part ST7540.

Below are the details for your information:

Project name: Power line communication module

Application: Pump communication

Annual volume: 10K

Year of production : 2026 Q4

Update.

The STUSB1602 is not recommended anymore for new designs.
The PTN has not yet been released but the production will be stopped next year..

I recommend moving to ST7580 or to ST8500 for more complex projects.
