From another post I already knew the changes on fw 7.1

But with the help of another colleague I discovered that the problem was a too short time settings for HS_Startup_Time. It worked fine with the evaluation board, but with the new custom board, I had to change it to 1.4ms. Now the board is seen by other devices almost immediately and can exchange data with them.

In the application notes, indeed was written that a too short time would make impossible to send/receive packet (even if it is not put in evidence enough in my opinion, I would suggest a troubleshooting or FAQ with the common mistakes on the IFR configuration)
