BlueNRG-MS firmware update. Erasing sector 0 forbidden or not?

Hello,

I want to update the BlueNRG-MS inside my application. According to AN4491, page 12, you should not erase sector 0 by using aci_updater_erase_sector command. Because sector 0 is the Updater sector.

When I update the BlueNRG-MS with the BlueNRG GUI V1.9.0  (Tools -> BlueNRG updater... ) sector 0 is erased. Why?
