VL6180X IEC 60825-1 CB test certificate

Hello ST：

      VL6180X has been discontinued, but our older equipment still uses it. We hope to obtain the IEC 60825-1 CB test certificate to prove its Class 1 rating. However, this certificate is not available on ST's official website, whereas it is provided on the VL53L4CD product page. Could you please provide support for this?"
