EMI/EMC test certificates for LSM6DSOXTR and IIS2MDCTR

We have used LSM6DSOXTR and IIS2MDCTR for our boards and we require any kind of certification test reports or certifications if applicaple. Where can I find them.

I doubt that such things exist: they would be largely meaningless at the component level - these things are considered at the system level.

A complex system that works is invariably found to have evolved from a simple system that worked.
A complex system designed from scratch never works and cannot be patched up to make it work.

I think this makes sense as well, there is no mention of its presence from ST.
