TESEO III EVB PPS LED

Hi everyone,

I am using the TESEO LIV3-FL EVB. Suddenly the PPS green led stopped to work and the device was simply connected via UART/USB to my laptop. This happen while I was trying to set a log data recording.
Now I am trying to restart the evaluation board over and over again but the PWR ON led (RED) is the one the work.

Any suggestion ? What should I do in these conditions ? 

The evaluation board arrived to me just yesterday.

Hi Carlo,

Some sanity check questions...

1. Have you connected an antenna and have partial visibility to sky at least (i.e. not completely indoors). Ideal condition is to have good visibility but for just testing purposes (not accuracy and precision measurements), partial view would be fine.

2. Does your windows device recognize the COM port. Teseo LIV3FL EVB should enumerate the USB and you should see the COM Port when you connect the board. If not, please download FTDI USB-to-UART drivers.

3. If COM port is enumerated in device manager, can you see serial communications being continuously streamed out on a serial terminal device like Real term? You can download Teseo Suite and this should give a nice graphical visualization of the serial data being read.

Please let me know these questions and can we go from there.
