Why we cannot delete own posts and replies?

To add of that @Tesla DeLorean answered, this is exactly the case. Members are reporting on the content they would like to delete or drop a private message.

However, we are considering extending this right to our most contributing members. More news on this towards the end of 2023 / beginning of 2024.

Depends on the settings and the forum. I find it VERY annoying when threads with lots of content get deleted by others. That's not how health forums work.

If you need something removed, edit, and flag to a moderator with a note..
