Clicking login redirects to Microsoft login page unless I open a private window.
It redirects to https://login.microsoftonline.com. But login in there doesn't work.
I use firefox.

Hi,
I just tried to login on my Linux PC again --
Surprise: login same as last week, working as usual.
So... difficult, to say, what happened or someone changed on the login procedure.

Can you share the "manage cookies" link? In Firefox and Brave the "link" is not clickable. It's just underlined text. The other texts are clickable links.
The "Manage cookies" link does not have a URL; clicking it triggers a popup via JavaScript on the same page that you are currently viewing.
Make sure that JavaScript is enabled.
Also, active adblockers such as Ghostery and AdBlock may or may not cause issues here, e.g. Ghostery identifies the OneTrust Consent Manager and blocks it iff Ghostery is active. I have all my adblockers deactivated for community.st.com.

Seems to have reoccurred here, and be a result of syncing between Google Chrome instances in my case. Had to clear on multiple devices.
Sent .HAR logs to Lina so hopefully the team can glean some information from that.
Not sure what's causing it to go to Microsoft vs the usual Ping or whatever authentication, but it seems architected at some level, and something that's been fiddled with within the last week or so.

I had to deactivate my add blocker to see the popup. No matter if I accept all cookies or only the essential I cannot log in via Firefox. Also not in the private window. Brave works, but only in incognito.

I have Ghostery and AdBlocker of some variety on my PC w/Chrome but not of my Android Phone.
They do sync, but I've had to individually clear this state on phone and PC, and they do seem to flip to the Microsoft login together, so perhaps some account level timeout on the cookies on ST's side.
I'm not a fan of ST linking to dozens of offsite domains and trackers/tracking. It creates a whole web of ill-defined interdependence.

That would explain why I get logged out automatically on a daily basis.

I agree.

Hello @Lina_DABASINSKAITE ,
1. i cannot do the web-access log with that program (on what system is it ? mac ?
2. new game state: now cannot login on my (Android Xiaomi 14pro ) mobile...but here on MX Linux its now working again as it was before, also on my Win PC at work.
So looks like someone playing a game here...maybe, you can find out, who is the big player, that want to get some...
whatever...respect : i can do this to all users ?
strange.

Hello all,
The fix of the login issue has been implemented. Let us know if all is fine or you still face the issues.
If the redirection still occurs to Microsoft login, let us know by adding a screenshot where we can see the timestamp of the action.
Thanks a lot,
Lina
