"Hello everyone, I’d like to clarify if it is permitted to create threads with suggestions for improving the architecture. If so, could you please let me know which section would be most appropriate for them?"

Feedback and suggestions are definitely on-topic.

Which section is best depends on what the feedback is on. If it's on the STM32N6, put it there.

Otherwise. As @TDK said, put it in the forum that's relevant to the suggestion.

A complex system that works is invariably found to have evolved from a simple system that worked.
A complex system designed from scratch never works and cannot be patched up to make it work.
