Hi ST community,
I am new to SPC5 Automotive chips but not new to programming in the embedded world. I am currently programming on the SPC574k discovery board and have severe problems finding good documentation on how to actually program the thing in SPC5 Studio. I found the reference manual (rm0408), and some guides and datasheets (an can in SPC58EC, an4389, um2155, rm0361, and some others), but they mainly offer only conceptual knowledge and register mappings.
I also looked into the samples and although very helpfull, they are more of a starting point than a documentation.
Is there a way to get actual guides and documentation to the numerous functions and configuration options of the SPC5 Studio IDE? Do I have to contact someone, pay for it or sign something or is there none?
Kind regads,
Sir_Alee

Hello Sir_Alee ,
I recommend to check the link :
SPC5 32-bit Automotive MCU - STMicroelectronics
SPC5Studio IDE is containing useful starting point with RLA (Register level Access)
(Pinmap , Clocktree and so on ..)
I recommend to check the FAE in Europe
Best Regards
Erwan
