TS391 is a comparator with bipolar inputs and open collector output.

  • The achievable output voltage Voh therefore depends on the collector resistance and the following load and is not a data sheet parameter. However, table 1 mentions in the maximum ratings for Vo: Output voltage can be set up to 36 V even if the VCC is lower.
  • Vol is given in the data sheet, table 3
  • For Vih and Vil the specification Vi in table 1 applies (-0.3...36V).
