MPEG-1 Layer II

Hello

I've been working with STA310 to decode MPEG-1 Layer II compressed elementary streams but it is now obsolete. I would like to know if there is any new component able to decode MPEG-1 Layer II now.

Looking at the STA013 datasheet I can see that it is capable of doing MPEG-1 Layer III but support for MPEG-1 Layer II is not specified.

Could you assist me with this?

unfortunately for dedicated audio decoder products line, we did not renew it.

you may consider STM32 based decoder , for more detail , please find it in below link .

Thank you for your reply. Do you know which (if any) version of the STM32 is able to decode 8 channels (four stereo pairs) of MPEG1 Layer II simultaneously?

but for detail application info , you'd better to double confirm STM MCU team .
