Hello, I am a newbie so excuse me for my silly questions. In my project, we are getting audio data from the server and I am searching for an IC which is capable to store audio data as a buffer before playing it through the amplifier.

You are welcome, not problem.

There are STM32 discovery kit with audio output like stm32l562e-dk you could directly connect to amplifier input and playing stored file on SD card.

You could also use the following application note https://www.st.com/en/embedded-software/fp-aud-bvlinkwb1.html?ecmp=tt9470_gl_link_feb2019&rt=db&id=DB3973 relative to bluetooth usage.

For network application, you should move from MCU to MPU with the board https://www.st.com/en/evaluation-tools/stm32mp157a-dk1.html which includes ethernet port and web services...
