Additive noise on TSC2010/11 output when sensing current while PWM being applied in BLDC application.

I have a BLDC motor drive that uses the TSC2011 in each phase leg to sense phase current. When I am PWMing the phase to inject current to drive the motor, I am getting additive noise on the TSC2011. The output sense from the device increases/decreases in magnitude substantially. This happens whether or not current is actually flowing through the device. I am PWM'ing at 100 kHz, although I have done it at 10 kHz and noticed the same effect. It appears that the PWM edges are causing an offset and noise to be added to the output signal. Any insight as to why this may be happening?
