Hi,Looking at the block diagram in the datasheet, ABH1, AHB2, AHB3, AHB4, AXI are listed as supporting 200MHz.Cube (v5.0.0, H7 v1.3.0) however will not allow them to be set higher than 100 MHz, and says the must be <- 100MHz in the hover text.Is cube or the datasheet correct?Thanks,Jacob

Hello:I am trying to come to an understanding using timer configurations with CubeMX/HAL. I hope someone can point me in the right direction. This is specifically for timer capture, but is probably applicable to PWM generation, and/or PWM capture too. This is using the Nucleo-L476RG demo board.In general, I am spinning my wheels on the relationship of these things that all seemingly affect the frequency of an interrupt an capture. Hello,All the time I re-generate the code in CubeMX5 it deletes all my code in the main.cI have Mac OS High Sierra and use SW4STM32, working with MCU STM32F103C8.I tried all the options in the Code Manager / Code generation tab and nothing :tired_face:Edit1:I notice some code is left outside the main loop, otherwise all code inside the main() disappear.I also tried the old version of CubeMX 4.27 and the same problem arrises. I wonder if it has something to do with SW4STM32.Edit2:I uninstalled everything and re-installed again, it seems to be working now. I am not sure what was the problem. I will keep you updated if problem arises again.

All text in the CubeMX standalone application is really small when viewed on a HiDPI screen. Some symbols and controls are also too small.Please make sure that text and symbol size adapts to the screen resolution.

Hello everybody! You know, I wasn't the only one who had many problems getting the SDIO and FATFS to work on certain versions of CubeMx/HAL so a downgrade was necessary to get the job done. Now, with the advent of the brand new CubeMx 5.0, is there any known issues reported so far with the code generated, especially that of the SDIO and FATFS? I'm now working with version 4.17 with FW package 1.13.1 (STM32F4). Also, any significant change to the FreeRTOS API with this new version of CubeMx? The one I have now is 8.2.3 and I'm very comfortable with it. I really don't have time to learn a new API in case of any. Thanks

Hello,After succeeded to run CDC device on FS port, I'm trying to get HS port working in HS mode, as I'm interested in lower latency. But cannot find any simple guide to set it up in Cube. Trying to enable USB_OTG_HS (External Phy = Device_Only), it gives me some errors/warning signs in Peripherals that I'm not sure how to correct. The project generates, builds and runs, but the port is not detected by PC when I plug in the cable into HS socket.For FS mode, I just configured main Clock from HSE, 48MHz USB clock and CDC_Receive_FS/CDC_Transmit_FS handlers (just to get simple echo mode, i.e. redirect input to output), but in HS it's not that simple. Is there any example available?Thank you!

Hi All,In the Cube I see only version 9.0 is available while I would prefer to start with the version 10 as it has static allocation.Is there a way to update the Cube? Or can I just overwrite FreeRTOS files? I am afraid all the time I press on the Generate Code, my version 10 will be overwritten.​Thanks!​​​​

I am using the latest version of STM32CubeMX to set up a STM32F103 processor. In the ADC section, it will not allow me to enable the 'scan' mode. Incidentally, I greatly preferred the previous STM32CubeMX's layout and operation.

Under Windows 10, im finding that CubeMX cant see windows network shares/drives.This is a huge problem as my company keeps all project files on shared network drives.Please get this fixed!Also... the new GUI/layout in 5.0.0 is terrible!Why is there this trend to make all GUI objects/fonts huge, smoothed, slow-moving, etc?We are engineers, not primary school students. The GUI should be compact, plain, simple and snappy. 5.0.0 is none of those things.It's a backwards step.
