Need to replace this. I'm assuming the one on the left is toast just from a visual inspection. Can someone tell me which specific version I need to get? I'm not sure if the "EZ605" designator means anything. Any suggestions are appreciated. Thanks!

Hello,A few days ago I compiled on my STM32l562E-DK board the TFM application (which includes TFM_SBSFU_Boot, TFM_Loader, TFM_Appli) of STM32Cube_FW_L5_V1.5.0 package. After that I experienced some errors. The first one was DEV_TARGET_NOT_HALTED which I managed to solve by doing a boot from RSS. Then, I tried debugging the example project “GPIO_IOToggle_TrustZone_Secure” and I got the second error: “No source available for <signal handler called>() at 0xfffffffe” and “failed to execute MI command. Error message from debugger back end: Cannot access memory at ...“.This happens with any TrustZone enabled project I try to debug.I would appreciate any tip or assistance. Than you in advance!

Hello, in my project, I will be communicating via CAN with an STM32H735_G and a cluster of car components. I have a sequence of test examples. For exemple , if I send a specific frame to activate a feature within the car cluster, I aim to manage these test sequences using TouchGFX. For example, if I press Button 1 on the TouchGFX interface, a communication session can initiate between the cluster and the STM32 and first test begin if i press in other button second test done . can i do this with touch gfx

I am starting my journey with STM32 and want to develop a GUI based project using TouchGFX Designer then later on add user code to it from STM32CubeIDE.I have created a simple project which displays the text 'Hello World' in the centre of the LCD screen using TouchGFX Designer and targeted it to STM32F469I-DISCO. This project loads and runs absolutely fine on the target from TouchGFX Designer.Without doing anything else I then opened the '.cproject' in the STM32CubeIDE folder that was generated by TouchGFX Designer. I built the project and loaded the .elf file to the target using STM32CubeProgrammer. This loads but gives an error of data mismatch at 0x90000000 when programming, this may be the cause of the problem..Having examined the .map file I think that this address is in QSPI flash and is used to store the text fonts etc. so it would make sense that if this can't be programmed the text won't be rendered on the screen.I can't see a way in STM32CubeProgrammer to control external QSP

Hello community,I'm looking for some feedback on how to optimize the ADC peripheral when using a handful of single-ended channels.I have an STM32H735G-DK and have 4 NTC3950 type thermistors connected to 4 of the Analog pins from the Arduino headers, attached in the R2 position of a voltage divider.NamePort/PinADC NumberADC ChannelR1 Resistancetemp0PC0ADC3Channel 10487100temp1PH2ADC3Channel 13463500temp2PC2_CADC3Channel 0468800temp3PC3_CADC3Channel 1468200The goal is to gather the 4 analog values and convert them to temperatures - the readings need to be accurate to the correct temperature and consistently the correct temperature (I would very much prefer to not have much of a software filter to smooth the readings).Using CubeMX, the peripheral is being initialized as follows:static void MX_ADC3_Init(void) { /* USER CODE BEGIN ADC3_Init 0 */ /* USER CODE END ADC3_Init 0 */ ADC_ChannelConfTypeDef sConfig = {0}; /* USER CODE BEGIN ADC3_Init 1 */ /* USER CODE END ADC3_Init 1 */ /*

Using the following version of Cube: Version: 1.14.1Build: 20064_20240111_1413 (UTC) We first changed the repository location for downloading packages. Then we manually downloaded the U5 package (why is this not available from the package manager?) and installed it. Later we used the package manager to download the F4 support package. The problem we have is that no matter what processor we select for a new project Cube insists on using the U5 package, thus we get errors with all projects we attempt to start on F4 processors. How do you tell Cube which firmware package to use in your project, or how do you change this for existing projects?

Hi, I hope finding an answer this is my first time asking you.  So, I'm trying to build a CLASS_D AMPLIFIER with codec (STA309A). This codec has 8 input channels for serial AUDIO and I want to play more channels for the codec's inputs but the I2S can only transmit the data in stereo mode.

Hello developers,I am currently developing all in one AT Slave firmware for STM32WL, which can handle both lorawan and sigfox AT commands. I have tested both AT Slave example of Sigfox and LoRaWAN one by one and  it's working as expected. When i open the .ioc file of this examples (AT Slave LoRaWAN and Sigfox) in CubeMX,  i can see it doesn't allow to enable the Sigfox/LoRaWAN middleware in LoRaWAN/Sigfox example.  So i would like to know how i can enable both the middleware in same firmware, so that my master device can leverage the use of both technologies (LoRaWAN & Sigfox ) in the same chipset.

Hello ST Community, I am currently working on a flight computer for a model rocket. It will be used together with a barometric pressure to estimate the altitude. It would be very nice if someone could review my schematic and point out any mistakes.

Hi everyone,we are in the middle of bringing up a custom board using the STM32MP131. Booting from an SD card already works. However, we would like to use the STM32CubeProgrammer to directly connect the board via USB. For this, the OTG USB pins OTG_HS_DP and OTG_HS_DM are wired to a USB-A socket. The socket is then connected to a PC using a USB-A to USB-A cable. In serial boot mode, the LED on BOOTFAILN blinks at 5Hz, but the device does not show up on the computer.I assume that this is a hardware issue since USB boot should work before any software is loaded on the device. USB boot works with the STM32MP135-DK, so it should not be a driver issue either. On our board, OTG_HS_ID (PA10) is left floating. This pin has an internal pull-up, which should signal device mode by default. OTG_HS_VBUS (PI7) is also left floating. On the DK-board it is connected to the LCD, so it should also be optional. Power is supplied seperately via the STPMIC1. The MPU and USB port are wired like this:I am uns

I'm using a STM32H745 and running a bootloader on the CM4. In the bootloader I want to set the boot address of the CM7 using the user option bytes. Is this possible and if so, how should I do this?Kind regards

Hi,after reviewing answers to following posthttps://community.st.com/t5/stm32-mcus-touchgfx-and-gui/how-to-draw-pixel-line-or-rectangle/td-p/105737and as a TouchGFX newby, I'm wondering: how one expects to do a following task by using TouchGFX's:there are two images and some fading effect needs to be done: pseudo-random pixels from one hidden in-memory image A being moved to corresponding pixels of currently displayed image B, replacing them one by one, eventually making all pixels of image A equal to pixels of image B.Does it need to be addressed in TouchFGX by creating single-pixel "Line" widget objects for each pixel? Seems like extremely inefficient... Are there any other options to do so?Thanks

Starting a new STM32F4 project I decided it would be a good idea to update all the development tools.  TouchGFX v 4.23.2STM32CubeMX v 6.11.0STMCubeIDE v 1.15.0 A working .ioc file from the previous project release was upgraded using the latest STM32CubeMX. Hello everyone, I'm currently doing some experiments with CAN communication with the STM32F302RB Nucleo board. The board is connected to a wcmcu-230 CAN transceiver which is connected to a Raspberry pi with a CAN header connected to it. The bus is terminated with a 120Ohm resistor on both sides.I generated the HAL with CubeMX. RX1 interrupt is enabled and the pins are left as default:The bus is running on 125kbits/s and is configured as follows:I followed the instructions from this tutorial:https://www.linkedin.com/pulse/unlocking-power-stm32-can-bus-step-by-step-tutorial-haresh-sondagar-whwcf/I use the following code:CAN_RxHeaderTypeDef rxHeader; //CAN Bus Transmit Header CAN_TxHeaderTypeDef txHeader; //CAN Bus Receive Header uint8_t canRX[8] = {0,0,0,0,0,0,0,0}; //CAN Bus Receive Buffer CAN_FilterTypeDef canfil; //CAN Bus Filter uint32_t canMailbox; //CAN Bus Mail box variable //in main: canfil.FilterBank = 0; canfil.FilterMode = CAN_FILTERMODE_IDMASK; canfil.FilterFIFOAss

Hello,i have a board with 10 L6924D on it, the schematic of each channel is derived from STEVAL-ISA076V1(*). Charging works as planned, CC/CV, correct max voltage and charge current and charge-end-current. Both status pins are connected to LEDs as on the devboard, signaling correctly for charging, completed or error. All channels are sharing the 5V input and one line connecting all shutdown pins. The shutdown-line is pulled down by a N-fet to activate the charging or is pulled high to 5V with 10k.When activating the shutdown, the voltage on all chips is a clear 0V or 5V transition and all 10 channels stop charging as expected. What is not as expected, are the flickering status LEDs. Sometimes all are on, sometimes just one of them, sometimes none, and that random for each of the channels. One or two out of ten randomly fade between the LEDs within seconds and I can measure all voltages between 0V and 5V by multimeter and oscilloscope. There is no difference between battery connected or

Hi,Im currently trying to set up a project where Freertos controls a webserver via lwip.I tried following these tutorials/guides and managed to be able to ping the board but not get it to host the webserver.https://github.com/MayaPosch/FreeRTOS_HTTP_server/tree/masterhttps://community.st.com/t5/stm32-mcus/how-to-create-project-for-stm32h7-with-ethernet-and-lwip-stack/ta-p/49308/show-comments/trueBoth of these are not for the STM32F429ZITx board So I copied what I thought I needed.Right now I have it set up like this:for the code:The default task calls http_server_netconn_init that cretes a thread. Then this thread is the same as in this tutorial:https://github.com/MayaPosch/FreeRTOS_HTTP_server/tree/masterI also coppied the exact same files over for the fsdata.Im connected via a static ip and when I type the IP in the browser or any link to a page it refuses the connection. I also used Advanced IP scanner to check If it was hosting something, but there was nothing.Does anyone know

Hello everyone,I want to access the page related to STEVAL-3DP001V1 but it does not exist anymore. The page related to its firmware still exist though.Even if the board is now NRND, access to the schematics and documentation should not be lost !Can this page be brought back online please ? Or can we have at least an archive somewhere ?Best regards.

Hi,I am writing a client/server application for STM32WB55. Server behavior is ok. On client side, I connect to a peripheral and try to send 32 bytes packets every 100 ms on peripheral's RX characteristic using aci_gatt_write_without_response function. MTU is set to 156. Nevertheless most of the time the function return with error code 0x64 (insufficient resource). The application is connected to 1 peripheral only, no advertising. I didn't find any helpful information.Any idea? Any orientation for investigation? Thanks, Jacques
