Hi all! I've got a strange problem during writing data to a tag and inventory (sometimes). I have the Preamble error (-35). This is the result of gen2WriteWordToTag function or st25ru3993TxRxGen2Bytes function during inventory. Idesigned my own hardware based on the Femto v2.1 reader (AMS product).My settings: Tx one length = 1.83 * Tari, Tari = 6,25us, LF = 160kHz, long preamble, Miller8. Can you help me?

I want to read data from PT1000 thermistor. After succeeding in communicating with the TouchGFX model and displaying the content I wanted, I now want to be able to read real time temp. For this job I have PT1000 sensor. I have made the ADC to work, but the problem I'm experiencing, is, that the values I get are very inaccurate. I'm getting every second different values in the range from 17 to 24 degrees, which is pretty bad. I aim for accuracy of +- 1 degree or even 0.1. Now it is quite miserable. I have placed 10uF capacitor to filter out noise, coded to get average of 10 convertions (excluding the lowest and highest values), but nothing helped, I mean, they have improoved the amplitudes, but not with the margin I expected. Before it was worse than 17-25. I really don't know what the reason could be. I have read a lot and watched and everyone has steady reading (for example 1723-1727 (12bit value straight from ADC)), I get fluctuations like 1723-2023. Maybe there is something wrong wi

For the CR95, I found "AN4593: CR95HF C++ Library for Linux User", what is the name or a link to equivalent document for ST25R3911DISCOComm.DLL ?I search for descriptions of functions inside, and how to combine.ThanksBernard

For an application we are investigating this processor and have two questions,We want to connect an external chip to the FMC bus. It is somespecialized ASIC handling some real-time communication.I don't see the option in the STM32Cube to active the FMC in SRAM mode?But I see it in the reference manual. Is it available?Is the SRAM also accessible by the Cortex M4? What I understand from the refence manual is that it is supported.

Hi,I have succesfully built a image st-example-image-qt from the DISTRO openstlinux-eglfs.I have deployed the image on sd card, and played it on STM32MP157C-DK2.System is booting without a problem, and the splashscreen was shown.Then, I tried one of Qt examples e.g.:root@stm32mp1:~# /usr/share/examples/opengl/hellowindow/hellowindowqt.qpa.input: X-less xkbcommon not available, not performing key mappingCould not set DRM mode for screen DSI1 (Permission denied)Could not queue DRM page flip on screen DSI1 (Permission denied)Could not queue DRM page flip on screen DSI1 (Permission denied)Could not queue DRM page flip on screen DSI1 (Permission denied)...export QT_QPA_EGLFS_ALWAYS_SET_MODE="1"export QT_QPA_EGLFS_INTEGRATION="eglfs_kms"does not help!What can be the Issue here?

Hi everyone:We tried the MCSDK and deployed it in stm32f407. But we got a problem, for example: We use the motor control GUI trigger the motor to 20k rpm.We press the stop button.The motor go into free run status.When the motor speed decrease and not reach to zero , may be 10k rpm.Than we start motor again, wish to reach 20k rpm.But the motor speed is higher than 20k rpm. And the speed indicator of GUI is not correct .

Hello:There is a post on this same issue titled "TIM16 PWM signal generation...". The fix here was to set the AOE bit in the BDTR register. In that thread they were using LL.I am having a similar issue where I am unable to get the PWM output signal on PA.6. The code base was generated using CubeMX, this is the initialization code:#define PULSE1_VALUE      (uint32_t)(7999)       /* Capture Compare 1 Value */void MX_TIM16_Init(void){ TIM_OC_InitTypeDef sConfigOC = {0}; TIM_BreakDeadTimeConfigTypeDef sBreakDeadTimeConfig = {0}; htim16.Instance = TIM16; htim16.Init.Prescaler = (uint32_t)999; htim16.Init.CounterMode = TIM_COUNTERMODE_UP; htim16.Init.Period = 15999; htim16.Init.ClockDivision = TIM_CLOCKDIVISION_DIV1; htim16.Init.RepetitionCounter = 0; htim16.Init.AutoReloadPreload = TIM_AUTORELOAD_PRELOAD_DISABLE; if (HAL_TIM_Base_Init(&htim16) != HAL_OK) {&nb

Hello, please help me.I use stm32f103rc mcu, stlink v2 and keil uvision5.So executing AFIO->MAPR |= AFIO_MAPR_TIM2_REMAP_FULLREMAP;causes stlik connection error.Algorithm:Flash the MCU with keil uvision.Step to remmaping line in code. i try to make numeric keypad.What I want to do is to click on the TextArea so that the numeric keypad pops up.If there is an example, it would be better. If not, how do you implement it?Is there any way to output a keyboard example to modal windows?

Hi, I'm trying to load jpeg files in TouchGFX by using the JPEG Loader Library. I have downloaded that from the Git using the link given in TouchGFX Forum. I have added the Library in my project and tried to load a jpeg image. The image was not loaded, the image is placed in the working folder alone. I have set the break point and checked if the file is opened successfully or not. The file was opened successfully but i didn't the image in simulator output . Suggest me a solution for this issue.

Hello everyone! Please, i need help, and i`ve tried everything i could but still cant solve the problem. The thing is that i need my CircleProgress to move using moveAnimator when the screen in entered. So ive added all the lines in the code but still got an error error: redeclaration of 'touchgfx::MoveAnimator<touchgfx::CircleProgress> temperature_screenView::circletemperature'Thanks a lot and looking forward to get some help. I used STM32Cube to generate a project for TrueStudio on the STM32WB.My target is the STM32WB55 Nucleo.But the project will not compile. Other posts say check the project target settings. There is no selection for STM32WB.Do I need to add another support package?If so, how do I do that?

The problem I´m experiencing is already "fixed":https://community.st.com/s/question/0D50X00009q2bdeSAA/solved-problem-running-stm32cubeprogrammerWhen running the program STM32CubeProgrammer, an error message appears, saying:"CubeProgrammer_API or one of its dependencies is missing. Please try reinstalling the program of check your java architecture"STM32CubeProgrammer is in verison 2.0.0 now.Any idea?

I've adapted the DAC signal generation example from the HAL samples to my project, but I cannot get any signal from DAC2.Using CubeMX, I configured TIM6 and DMA1 like this:/* Includes ------------------------------------------------------------------*/ #include "dac.h"   /* USER CODE BEGIN 0 */   /* USER CODE END 0 */   DAC_HandleTypeDef hdac; DMA_HandleTypeDef hdma_dac2;   /* DAC init function */ void MX_DAC_Init(void) { DAC_ChannelConfTypeDef sConfig = {0};   /**DAC Initialization */ hdac.Instance = DAC; if (HAL_DAC_Init(&hdac) != HAL_OK) { Error_Handler(); } /**DAC channel OUT2 config */ sConfig.DAC_Trigger = DAC_TRIGGER_T6_TRGO; sConfig.DAC_OutputBuffer = DAC_OUTPUTBUFFER_ENABLE; if (HAL_DAC_ConfigChannel(&hdac, &sConfig, DAC_CHANNEL_2) != HAL_OK) { Error_Handler(); }   }   void HAL_DAC_MspInit(DAC_HandleTypeDef* dacHandle) {   GPIO_InitTypeDef GPIO_InitStruct = {0}; if(dacHandle->Instance==DAC) { /* USER

Hello everyoneI am having trouble understanding the relationship between the registers and the callback functions for my application. Briefly put, I am transferring 2 values to the DAC via DMA using TIM6 as interrupt at a rate of 50 Hz. I want to sample another value after each of the two DAC values appears at the output, and for that I set flags in the callbacks to start the ADC in my main loop. Intuitively, I would think that HAL_DAC_ConvHalfCpltCallbackCh1 is called after the first value appears at the output, and HAL_DAC_ConvCpltCallbackCh1 is called after the second value appears at the output, but it seems as though the data registers indicate otherwise when I look at the oscilloscope timing diagrams.The DAC is set up with the following parameters:TIM6 trigger out eventDMA mode circularTIM6 is set up with the following parameters:APB1 timer clock is 84 MhzPrescaler is 8399Counter period is 199This gives me a 50 Hz interruptTrigger event is set to update event I start the DAC and

My STMF103 user interface processor needs two modes of operation. One needs to be as fast as possible updating the TFT or TX/RX data, and the other can be slower when it is just monitoring keys and switches. To save power I was thus thinking of using an 8MHz crystal and setting the Clock Configuration Register PLLMUL to *16 and PLXTPRE to 1 which I think gives a main clock of 4 MHz and a PLL clock of 64 MHz. Then I would use the same register's System Clock Switch bits to switch between PLL (10) and HSE(01) to give a Fast and Slow mode.My question is can this be done seamlessly in the processor possibly every second or two without the processor having some noticeable dead time during switching ? Also are 4 MHz and 64 MHz the greatest difference I can achieve as I assume I can't turn the PLLXTPRE on and off as it will disturb the PLL ? Even a 1MHz clock would be more than enough to monitor the input switches, but as the processor does the switch scanning it can't be put in sleep mode.Ob

In my debugger settings I got there is some SWO frequency difference means before 2 or 3 days its frequency value is 10Mhz but now it is only 2Mhz and from last days I have getting some errors. So plz tell me that such errors are coming due to this change or not and how to re change SWO frequency ?

Hi everyone,I recently found myself having spent a lot of time working to get I2C to work on the STM32F103RBT6 (the problem: I2C begins life in the BUSY state).This is apparently due to an ADC noise problem, as described in this errata (p. 26):https://www.st.com/content/ccc/resource/technical/document/errata_sheet/7d/02/75/64/17/fc/4d/fd/CD00190234.pdf/files/CD00190234.pdf/jcr:content/translations/en.CD00190234.pdf#page26I observed that my Nucleo64 MCU is the "x" revision, which falls under the errata. I am curious: Does ST happen to manufacture a newer revision, which fixes these problems?

Could you provide demo source code on the board STM32L4R9I-EVAL. I bought the STM32LR9I-EVAL board and the current demo program is very cool. I need the demo source  code to study. Thanks!

Hello,A project created in truestudio generates a HardFault_Handler.There are 2 PCBs I made. PCB A and PCB B are the same circuit and components. I have confirmed that the operation is correct while writing the code in PCB A.However, there was a problem with PCB B. My program is Fatfs + USB HOST MSC.It repeats until it becomes f_open with while statement.If (f_mount == FR_OK) to f_mount seems to be no problem. However, f_open fails to pass, and the process goes to HardFault_Handler.How do I debug HardFault_Handler?

Hi,I'm using the USART function HAL_UART_Transmit for debugging.Most of the time everything works well.But sometimes the HAL_UART_ErrorCallback is called... And all my program freeze.Could you help me with these 2 options (first is best for me) :how can i get back to a functionnal state after a HAL_UART_ErrorCallback call ?how can i check if UART is ready to send data before using HAL_UART_Transmit ?Regards
