I am new on SPC5 Series, so can anybody explain or show step by step how to blink a led by using SPC5 Studio?

I have downloaded PLS UDE STk free version from PLS website can you tell me the how to flash the program and debug in it .

The blocking version (HAL_I2C_Mem_Write) works nicely, now I'm trying to use HAL_I2C_Mem_Write_DMA. Here are the settings as given in the configuration tool.The resulting code generated by the configurator (I removed some comments for brevity):static void MX_DMA_Init(void) { __HAL_RCC_DMA1_CLK_ENABLE(); HAL_NVIC_SetPriority(DMA1_Channel4_IRQn, 0, 0); HAL_NVIC_EnableIRQ(DMA1_Channel4_IRQn); }   static void MX_I2C2_Init(void) { hi2c2.Instance = I2C2; hi2c2.Init.ClockSpeed = 400000; hi2c2.Init.DutyCycle = I2C_DUTYCYCLE_2; hi2c2.Init.OwnAddress1 = 0; hi2c2.Init.AddressingMode = I2C_ADDRESSINGMODE_7BIT; hi2c2.Init.DualAddressMode = I2C_DUALADDRESS_DISABLE; hi2c2.Init.OwnAddress2 = 0; hi2c2.Init.GeneralCallMode = I2C_GENERALCALL_DISABLE; hi2c2.Init.NoStretchMode = I2C_NOSTRETCH_DISABLE; if (HAL_I2C_Init(&hi2c2) != HAL_OK) { Error_Handler(); } }   void HAL_I2C_MspInit(I2C_HandleTypeDef* hi2c) { GPIO_InitTypeDef GPIO_InitStruct = {0}; if(hi2c->Instance==I2C2

I'm using SPI to output a signal for addressable RGB LEDs, as described here. https://innomatic.home.blog/2018/12/24/ws2812sk6812-control-with-spi-and-dma/Since this signal requires only the MOSI pin, it would be great to be able to use the CLK pin for other purposes.I tried omitting the CLK pin from HAL_GPIO_Init, which resulted in no clock signal showing on that pin. But that doesn't help when I want to use it for GPIO myself.  Is it possible to completely disconnect the external pin from SPI CLK?

Hello,How to add postbuild steps file like srecord ?Thanks for your attention,Best regards.

On the STM32F0Discovery, there's both an ST-Link chip and the main STM32F051R8T6 MCU.Is it possible to power up and use the STM32F051R8T6 without also bringing up the ST-Link?If so, how?Thanks in advance.

I have experience with several types of classic boards with STM32 microcontrollers (NUCLEO, Blue Pill...) that immediately connect with the stlink-v2 and st-info --probe command showing the characteristics of the controller and after that flashing is successful...I recently bought the above mentioned two controllers and a boards (LQFP144/100 SMT to DIP Adapter PCB Board) where I soldered them with the necessary capacitors between all the VDD and VSS contacts. I properly connected SWDIO and SWCLK to PA13, PA14 pins, NRST to VDD over 10k resistors even boot0 over 10k resistors to VSS (This is how I noticed on all the schemаtics). There is no way I can read the microcontroller or flash it, although in addition to st-info and st-util, I also used STMCubeProgrammer and a linker on the Linux and Windows systems.Result:st-info --probeFound 1 stlink programmers serial:   6e78010132124647524b4e00 hla-serial: "\x6e\x78\x01\x01\x32\x12\x46\x47\x52\x4b\x4e\x00" flash:

I'm currently using the dual-core STM32H745, and am trying to utilize DMA's on both cores to R/W to/from shared memory. DMA's are only successful on the M4 cores, and always yield a DMA Transfer Error. I haven't done anything to modify the initialization of the DMA peripherals between cores (Cube by default initializes all the DMA's selected on both cores).

Good day everyone,I'm looking for STM32L082 code examples to use its AES peripheral.Does anyone have something that could help? I had alread searched the internet, but could not find code examples anywhere.I'll be greatful if anyone could shed some light.Thank you.Best regards,Ulisses

I am evaluating some embedded software libraries which are available for multiple ARM Cortex M3/M4 MCUs from ST. I would like to evaluate what would be the porting effort to port these libraries to the embedded M4 core in the STM32MP1.What is the closest STM32 MCU in terms of functionality, peripherals, etc to the M4 core embedded in the STM32MP1 ?Thank you.

We are looking to learn a bit about NFC security, and if the ST25 readers support some of those industry standards.Does ST have any reference material on this subject? Can you recommend a starting point for learning more, or perhaps advice on finding a consultant in this area?thanks

Hi guysI am going to afford a Discovery board with the application of motor control. but there is a point that I don't know which series of stm32 MCUs going to fit my demands. So here is my question, could anyone help me with that?I just wanted to know which discovery board among high performance MCUs is well suited for AC motor control application?

We looking for a RFID devices (modules,IC) that can communicate in peer to peer mode to 2-5 meters distance (support anti collision algorithm) for iot implementation,Please advise

ADC1 running with "Continuous Conversion" mode, no DMA. It has one regular channel 3 and one injected channel Temperature Sensor. I want to use TIM2 TRGO to active the injected channel every few second. However, its not working. When I set the ADC inject trigger source to software trigger, then call the function LL_ADC_INJ_StartConversion(ADC1); the ADC value of injected channel is updated aber correctly.Then I try to debug TIM2 with interrupt, but TIM2_IRQHandler seems never be called.void adc1_uac_init(void){ LL_ADC_InitTypeDef ADC_InitStruct = { 0 }; LL_ADC_REG_InitTypeDef ADC_REG_InitStruct = { 0 }; LL_ADC_CommonInitTypeDef ADC_CommonInitStruct = { 0 }; LL_ADC_INJ_InitTypeDef ADC_INJ_InitStruct = { 0 };   LL_GPIO_InitTypeDef GPIO_InitStruct = { 0 };   /* Peripheral clock enable */ LL_AHB2_GRP1_EnableClock(LL_AHB2_GRP1_PERIPH_ADC12);   LL_AHB2_GRP1_EnableClock(LL_AHB2_GRP1_PERIPH_GPIOA); /**ADC1 GPIO Configuration PA2 ------> ADC1_IN3 */ GPIO_Ini

I have a drone bad behavior when i request opposite large stick movement. I think i need to set a ramp to have homogenous movement . For little stick movement there is normal reaction then i stabilize it easily but when i need to inverse the command with a large stick movement example before i reach a wall, there is over reaction. I would like to set a ramp near the ramp value when hDurationms = 0

I have noticed that in BSP 2.0.0, two different TF-A binaries are built, one installed as fsbl and one used only for communications with STM32CubeProgrammer (the "serialboot" binary). I believe this was not necessary in BSP 1.2.0, where a single TF-A binary was used for both purposes.I am just curious why this split is needed. Isn't it possible to build one single TF-A binary which would work for both purposes? What has changed from BSP 1.2.0 to 2.0.0 that makes it necessary to use separate binaries?Thanks.

Can I connect oscillograph to Steval -SPIN3201 for measurement currents of the phase? Where is this point on board?

I have a recent download of en.x-cube-cryptolib_3.1.0.zip and en.patchx_cryptolib_3-1-3.zip.The former contains AccHw_Crypto subdirectory with subdirectories for F2, F4, F7 and so on but no H7.Subdirectory for H7 exists only under Fw_Crypto.In en.patchx_cryptolib_3-1-3.zip there are subdirectories for G0, G4, L5, WB and H7A3. All these, I guess, are software only?Which package contains hardware accelerated library (AccHw_Crypto) for H753 ?Thanks,-- pa

I have an application using an LSM9DS1 sensor, where I'm only interested in ready gyro values in order to determine angular velocity around the Z-axis.Looking at the datasheet in page 45, table 46, what does it mean the cutoff frequency in that table ? That readings with an update frequency above the cutoff are not supported or reliable ?

Using Nucleo-G474RE. Am trying the TIM_Complementary_Signals example. This uses TIM1. No PWM is shown generated on any of the 6 channels. Tried setting MOE bit in TIM1->BDTR as also CC1E, CC1NE,...CC3E, CC3NE in TIM1->CCER before the PWM_Start calls. No luck.

Posted on January 30, 2018 at 09:47Hi,I use the REG_Access block to read the value stored in the data register of the SPI1. So I change the 'Peripheral' option from NVIC to SPI1.But it always goes back to NVIC, once the the simulink model is closed and reopened again. If I don't notice this change and don't manually set it again, it will lead to errors while compiling the code in the IDE.My software versions are as below:MATLAB: R2017aSTM32 MAT/TARGET Library: 4.4.2Best Regard,qxj#stm32-mat/target-matlab #simulink
