Hello All ,I Am working On Interfacing M95M02 EEPROM With STM32 .Anyone Have Example Code for the same that is very helpful for me

Hi, I need to monitor variables from my program in CubeMonitor. I was able to follow a few videos from Youtube and set up the values in a chart. However, that is a very clunky interface. Please note that I have zero experience with nodered.

I'm trying to read the information from another RFID card, the idea is to send a request for it and receive the answer 00010203040506070809, the card that is sending this info is SIC4310-full using the ISO14443 protocol.I tried to use the function "mifareUlReadNBytes (uint8_t startAddr, uint8_t * readbuf, uint8_t length, uint8_t * actLength)" but the "readbuf" only returns me 0.I am sure that the other card (SIC4310-full) is working because through a mobile app I can verify its operation.I would like to know if I am using the correct RFAL lib function and how I can send this request to receive the information I want.Gabriel.

I have an STM32G474, but this encoder/timer behavior is likely similar for other MCUs. I have the timer set up in quadrature encoder mode on channels 1 and 2 and I'm using input capture on channel 3. This is tied to the encoder index so that it will latch the encoder value when the index occurs. This works but I also want to know when the first index has occurred. I tried reading CC3IF in the SR directly, but I've found it is temperamental. It seems to flag but only for a brief period. I'm not resetting any flags or writing to SR. Can anyone tell me about this use case and what behavior I should expect from CC3IF?Below is some code:class QEPEncoder final : public EncoderBase { public: QEPEncoder(TIM_TypeDef &regs) : EncoderBase(), regs_(regs) { regs_.SMCR = 3; // quadrature mode regs_.CCMR1 = (1 << TIM_CCMR1_CC1S_Pos) | (1 << TIM_CCMR1_CC2S_Pos) | // input selection (1 << TIM_CCMR1_IC1F_Pos) | (1 << TIM_CCMR1_IC2F_Pos); // filters at 1 regs_.CCMR2 = (

My evalboard seems to work. (I can flash the demo projects)But when I try to use the GUI, it does not detect the device. "No Firmware detected on motherboard..."It is successful to flash the Firmware STEVAL-IDB011V1/USB_CMSISDAP.hex but afterwards everything starts from the beginning. What can I do?

I'm designing a proto board for my application and can't use a discovery board since there isn't one for this chip. So I have to put debug capabilities on my board. However, I can't find documentation on how to hook it up to the processor once I've configured the processor with CubeMX. Questions I have include: which debug capabilities do I need to support, what connector type should I use, how to wire it up (I presume like the example in the STM32373C-EVAL schematics?), can I use these capabilities with the STLINK-V3SET, where is overall documentation on how to debug?Any pointers would be appreciated!

We are compiling the same project in two different computers, we are getting the same .hex file, but different .list and .map files. We would like to know why, as we need to share this project and we want it to be exactly the same.

Hi I have been using the kit for some time now and recently whenever I used this kit the reader suite didn't detect the eval board. Please tell me what could be the possible reasons.I have performed these particular tests all the voltages to the ICs are proper 3.3 & 3.6V are also proper ground is proper After downloading the firmware the LEDs on the board are glowing as they should but the board isn't being detected by the suite. This is the error shown afterwords.

Affected driver libraries: STM32Cube_FW_L5_V1.4.0, STM32Cube_FW_L4_V1.16.0, STM32Cube_FW_L0_V1.11.2 and possibly other device driver libraries based on the same SPI peripheralFile: stm32yyxx_ll_spi.h (Replace yy by L5, L4, F0, ...)Functions affected: LL_SPI_ReceiveData8Bug: Current implementation performs a 16bit read access to DR register and then casts the result to 8 bits. This leads to unexpected behavior. For example STM32L5 supports data packing, when SPI data frame size is less than or equal to 8 bits and 16 bits are read. In this case, the current implementation of LL_SPI_ReceiveData8 reads two (packed) bytes from DR register and discards the second one when casting the read result to 8 bits.Correct implementation: Cast pointer to DR register to uint8_t before access.__STATIC_INLINE uint8_t LL_SPI_ReceiveData8(SPI_TypeDef *SPIx){  return *((__IO uint8_t *)&SPIx->DR)}

Hello,As it is written in the datasheet, the propagation delay (Tpwm/d(on)) is 125ns. Does it means that if my PWM has a duty cycle less than 125 ns, the output will stay low? Or it is just a delay before seen my output getting high?Regards,Hugo

Hi all,I'm working in a project (with STM32L476) in which i am building my own bootloader to perform secure boot and firmware upgrade.I have some doubt regarding this matter. is there any resources available for secure the HEX file (encrypt and decrypt). if yes could help me out to find them. is there any please can you help me to find. Since i am newbie to the bootloader and firmware security. your response will be massive for me

Hi,I am using lsm6dsl sensor. I am getting data on out registers. How to convert that raw data into angle

While trying to test out the USB-PD middleware, I generated a project for the STM32G071RB Nulceo dev board with Tracer EMB and GUI interface enabled. Generating the code works fine however, I'm getting a compile error that traces back to the FLASH_SIZE macro in stm32g071xx.hIf I turn off the GUI module, the error goes away.I was able to work around the problem by changing the FLASH_SIZE macro to just be the hard-coded size of the flash on my part, but this isn't a good solution. The weird thing is, once I got the project to compile and load, I was able to past the original macro expression into the debugger expression evaluator and it came back with the correct answer (0x20000), so it doesn't seem to be a simple syntax error. Here is the error:In file included from ../Drivers/CMSIS/Device/ST/STM32G0xx/Include/stm32g0xx.h:117, from ../Core/Inc/usbpd_gui_memmap.h:31, from ../Utilities/GUI_INTERFACE/bsp_gui.h:23, from ../Utilities/GUI_INTERFACE/bsp_gui.c:22: ../Drivers/CMSIS/Device/ST/ST

Hi St,I am using NUCLEO-STM32L452REP board.I am trying to write a DOUBLE WORD inside the internal flash.I am writting to address 0x807D000 which is 8byte alligned. The address i am trying to write, its contents are 0xFF.I am calling below function:HAL_Flash_Program(FLASH_TYPEPROGRAM_DOUBLEWORD, 0x807D000, 0x01);I am getting an error 0xa0 which equals programming allignment error. Please help.

I recently purchased the NUCLEO-F303RE and X-NUCLEO-IHM16M1 development kit. With a 2804 Gimbal motor. So far all the tests have gone well for me.But my intention is to control a sensored BLDC motor.Do you know of any sensored BLDC motor that works well with this development kit? Thanks!

Hello,I am working on Flighing sensors VL53L3 and I would like to run them in interrupt mode. But my board (Nucleo-64 STM32F091RC) doesn't detect any flag in the falling edge trigger. I have already run this interrupt mode on another board and this worked well. I also tried to set the interruption pin on the user Button and that's work perfectly! Moreover, I checked with a logic analyzer if the sensor set down rightly the interruption wire and it is the case.I saw on different forums that it's could be a memory issue or a clock one but I have any ideas to debug my issue...I will attach my project folder (I am working with AC6 tools for STM32).Thanks for future help

Hi, I am unable to initialize MotionGC library, since the function MotionGC_Initialize(&val) does not stop execution (pretty much like an infinite loop). Checking on the User Manual (UM2181), it is stated as a note regarding this function that " the CRC module in STM32 microcontroller (in RCC peripheral clock enable register) has to be enabled before using the library".Is this the root of the problem and if so, which is the RCC peripheral clock enable register?

Hello, I'm having trouble about use of lwip on Stm32h743. I'm using udp raw. I'm transmitting packet with 1ms period, there is no problem in sending/receiving. After 20-30 min, program is going to hardfault with 'Imprecise data access violation'. It is occuring at mem_free(void *rmem) function in mem.c file. The stack was just like this: GATEWAY_ADDRESS() -> mem_free() -> HardFault. I'm also attaching the disassembly. Thank you for your helps.

Can someone explain to me why CubeMX creates handles for objects within main but the GPIO configuration for that object (example an A/D or USART using DMA) is configured under the stm32l4xx_hal_msp.c instead of right within main as part of the object?

I keep running into problems that makes the screen black when trying to make a simple example project.Using board STM32H7B3I-DK (sometimes called STM32H7B3I-DISCO - lack of consistency).

What kind of RFID antenna do I need to use the STRU3993 in an application and to which pins do I connect the antenna to in order to operate the device, thank you so much

Is the nucleo-wl55jc available in the market? And I wanna know what's the difference between the wl55jc1 and wl55jc2, which one of them should I buy for my region (North Africa)?

There is a array:uint8_t dat[8] = {0xcd, 0xcc, 0xcc, 0xcc, 0xcc, 0xdc, 0x5e, 0x40};It means a double variable data in memery. The value is 123.45. This code can be run in my computer: int main(int argc, char *argv[]){  uint8_t dat[] = {0xcd, 0xcc, 0xcc, 0xcc, 0xcc, 0xdc, 0x5e, 0x40};  double test = *((double*)dat);  printf("%.3f\r\n", test);  return 0;}It will put: 123.450But on stm32f103rct6. It will stuck when I run this: double test = *((double*)dat);But use float will not stuck: float test = *((float*)dat);So, how can I convert memery to double rightly on stm32f103? (I use stm32cubeide)Thanks!
