Is the nucleo-wl55jc available in the market?

And I wanna know what's the difference between the wl55jc1 and wl55jc2, which one of them should I buy for my region (North Africa)?

Did you have a look at the product page. There you should start. Otherwise, get the information for your region what frequency bands can used for LORA and look what version matches. But expect few if any stock!

As said by @Uwe Bonnes​ , you have to choose according to the frequency band adequate for your region.

So, for North Africa, use the NUCLEO-WL55JC1 board.
