Openssl fails to convert the certificate from der to pem. Is this expected? I wrote a c program in OpenSSL to extract the public key, which seems to work, but I need to verify its correctness. Is there another tool like openssl that I can verify the key in the certificate? Any thoughts, etc?

So I developing prototype using STM32F769 Discovery Kit. At first I develop the UI using TouchGFX and so far so good. But I realize the generated codes from TouchGFX does not really generate driver code for other component e.g. Virtual Component Port. So I search around STM site and found CubeMX tool which seems the right tool for me generate this low level code. So when the code generated by CubeMX, I use Keil IDE vs 5.34. But when I build the code I end up with errors/warning:"Rebuild started: Project: STM32F769I_DISCO*** Using Compiler 'V5.06 update 7 (build 960)', folder: 'C:\Keil_v5\ARM\ARMCC\Bin'*** Warning: You are compiling one or more files of source type C++ and have selected 'use MicroLIB'. Hi Folks,I am developing a prototype for real time measurement of particular analog value. The intention is to show graph showing real time measurement, it take data every 0.1s but the X-axis would show label 0 - 9 s (fixed) This mean, every 1s contains 10 data points, total 100 points. But when I tried Touchgfx designer DynamicGraph widget, it shows 2 problems:The X-axis label is by data point count, so in this case, it show 0 - 99 data point instead of 0 -9s.The X-axis label grows as data point increased while what I want is fixed. What I want is like this; X-axis label is fixed 0 - 9s ( I draw manually the X-axis by hand, not generated by touchgfx) But what Touchgfx gives me is this:As we can see from above, X axis label show data point instead of time in seconds and the label grows instead of fixed.Setting:My development board is:STM32F769 Dicovery Kit.Could someone give me some pointers/direction please?

Hello,I am trying to generate a PWM signal with the help of several guides from internet that ultimately contain the same thing, but it does not work, I'm doing something wrong, but I cannot see what. As a result, I only see a zero line in the display of a digital analyzer.I have included the most important settings in the appendix below. With the values for Prescaler = 2399 I would like to achieve a timer clock of 100 kHz and for Period = 1999 a PWM frequency of 50 Hz. However, it is not entirely clear to me what the change in Pulse does. Is it the duty cycle? The code is very simple:... int main(void) { /* USER CODE BEGIN 1 */ uint32_t br;   /* USER CODE END 1 */ ... MX_TIM3_Init(); ... /* Infinite loop */ /* USER CODE BEGIN WHILE */ while (1) { /* USER CODE END WHILE */   /* USER CODE BEGIN 3 */ br = 1000; pwm_setValue(br); HAL_Delay(100); } /* USER CODE END 3 */ } ... static void MX_TIM3_Init(void) {   /* USER CODE BEGIN TIM3_Init 0 */   /* USER C

Hi Team,Can we control the LCD display brightness in the STM32H7B3-DK board?

Hi,I'am working on a LSM6DSO32, I've read the datasheet and source code example here. But I don't understand the utility of FIFO. In wich case to use FIFO rather than raw register like OUTX_L_G (22h) and OUTX_H_G (23h) for raw X axis angular rate for example ?

Hi, everyone. I am Emily. I would like to know the MCU which is compatible to 'stm32f446RET'.Also I wanna double-check the possiblity of compatible usage between 'stm32f407VET' and 'stm32f417VET'.Please help me:crying_face:

Using STM32L431RCT6 (VDDA and VREF+ bondet together). VDDA/VREF is 3.0V and VDD is 1.8V. If i'm sampling voltages larger then 2.8V that effects VDD (Jumping from 1.8V to approx. 2.06V for approx. 400ms). Any Idea's what i'm doing wrong?

Hi, I am just wondering would it be ok to operate this IC with 52 to 55V supply? Hoping to use this with a 52V battery without the trouble of designing a new power supply.Clipper circuit will also be incorporated to eliminate any voltage spikes.Regards,Dan

I would expect obscured controls to not respond to clicks.

Hi, I use STM32F407 to acquire and process data from sensors, this data is very large approximately I need to define array (float Data[12][15000]) with 12 row and 15000 columnbut, STM32F407 mcu can't define this array.Did I exceed the maximum size of data memory ? and how I can determine the maximum size of an array of type float?Thanks..

I am trying to follow the DM00570145 and validate on target (STM32F746 Discovery Board, XCUBE-AI 6.0.0, toolchain: STM32CUBE IDE), I cannot get the output listed on Figure 61. "Layer by layer results - Validation on target", especially the "ms" running time on each layer. I also tried Keil MDK toolchain, no luck. I opened the ai_stm32_msg.txt, no such information. Not on the terminal (I used putty) output.

Hello,I'm working on a BLE project on a STM32L072CZYx MCU and there is an example of a profile that suits my need but it is on another MCU, the STM32L476RG. I want to port the code from that MCU to mine but I don't really know how to do so... I've checked a tutorial on porting code but they use CubeMX and more specifically the .ioc file of the MCU I want to port the code from. The problem is I don't have the .ioc file...So I have 2 questions regarding this :Is it possible to port the code withour using CubeMX?Is it possible to generate the .ioc file from the code? Thanks for your help

Using:Latest STM32CubeIDENucleo-64 G071 (Cortex-M0+)GNU Tools for STM32 (9-2020-q2-update) (default)There seems to be a problem multiplying long numbers. Here's what a multiplication of two 32 bit ints looks like. And this is what a multiplication of a 64 bit with a 32 bit int looks like. It works, but in addition to writing the result it also writes a bunch of junk in the memory addresses preceding the variables. `bl   0x80004e8 <__muldi3>` seems to be the culprit here.

I currently am working with a stm32L010K4 mcu, but i have a startup script for stm32l010xB (startup_stm32l010xb.s). Where can I find a startup script for the stm32L010K4 mcu -- I'm guessing the name is startup_stm32l010x4.s ?

Hello,I use SM32F103ZH6 MCU.I'm trying to send log (i.e. text) messages from my board to host PC on a UART2 using HAL_UART_Transmit_DMAproblem: 2 successive calls to HAL_UART_Transmit_DMA, only last call gets executed.logging function (sends text to host PC)void LogEvent(const unsigned int EventType, const char* format, ...){  va_list arg_list;  va_start(arg_list, format);  vsnprintf(LogString, MaxEventTextLength, format, arg_list);  if (EventType == EventType_Info)    strcpy(pcLog, "Info>");  else if (EventType == EventType_Warning)    strcpy(pcLog, "Warning>");  else if (EventType == EventType_Error)    strcpy(pcLog, "Error>");  strcat(pcLog, LogString);  strcat(pcLog, "\n\r");  HAL_UART_Transmit_DMA(&huart2, (uint8_t*)pcLog, strlen(pcLog));}UART2 is setup as followinghdma_usart2_tx.Instance = DMA1_Channel7;hdma_usart2_tx.I

In the TouchGFX program, there are Model, A_Screen, and B_Screen.It's working in A_Screen, and it's working in Model::tick()When I have time, I want to move the screen to B_Screen.To do this, I want to know what to do in Model::tick() to switch from A_Screen to B_Screen.If anyone knows how, ask me for advice.Thank you.

I think I dove in a bit over my head.I made a custom stm32f0 board that measures and logs a magnetometer through SD card and CAN. It was originally prototyped and tested on the nucleo stm32f042k6 and I tried to copy the essence of it into kicad and make the pcb. I broke out the SWDIO and SWCLK pins, but did not realize that I should've included the reset circuitry.I tried flashing the board with the stlink v2 debugger/programmer and received theError in final launch sequence:   Failed to start GDB server Failed to start GDB server Error in initializing ST-LINK device. Reason: (4) No device found on target.message. Reviewed forums and learnt a lot of info that I should've researched before doing this :D and tried the following:only had VDD (pin19), GND(pin20), SWDIO(7), and SWCLK(9) connected at first, so tried connecting VAPP, but have only tried connecting it to VDD (3.3v)tried pulling down and pulling up NRST, and connecting NRST to ST Linktried pulling down & pulling up BOO

When reading the I2C bus with DMA it is followed by a NACK. Do i have to clear it somehow in the DMA1_Stream0_IRQHandler ?

I am looking for an expert to help me with I2C bus on STM32F407IGT. I2C3 is working as expected and I would like to make working also I2C1 and I2C2 which I have problems with.I am using the same initialization regarding registers and I can see the right values on the right places (addresses) but I don't get any interrupt on I2C1 and I2C2. I set the start bit and a value in DR register but I can not see any clock or signal on pins. Any idea what to check?

I am writing in reference to RFID tag reader project that we are working on it. We have studied it and this gives us insight how GUI is working and how data is flowing from GUI to RFID pcb.Inspired from your GUI software we are trying to develop our own custom API without using Qt framework. We would also appreciate if you could please provide us individual protocol structure or protocol stack for each tab and button in GUI since we are finding it difficult to trace the protocol structure for tabs and buttons that we want to use in our custom API.

Hi, I have already a ioc file for my board. So I created an application template for Touchgfx Designer using it. But when I generated the code in Designer, I was getting an error about that ioc file couldn't be found. So I put the ioc file under the project file. Then I got an error about that uvprojx file couldn't be found. So, what are the needs to create a app template?

I use passive RFID tag with NFC03A1 card reader, I have create a little program to detect RFID tag, the range is up to 5 centimeters. Is there a way or a configuration to increase this range ?Thank you in advance.
