I have a SPI Receive Interrupt function. where I have use *pRxBuffer as a volatile. But, I get the error of "assignment discards volatile qualifier". As attached in the figure below. How do I fix that line to make sure the warning will go away?

The PC software for the ST25R3911B-DISCO kit comes with ST25 Tag Editor utility featuring a very useful script tool, however there are very little documentation (not source code given) abou the supported commands.I am specially looking on how to negociate PPS for 212~848 bitrate for TypeA & B as well as for VHBR.All I could find was example but no explanation of the parameters:Example: Select ISO8092 RF protocol Tx=212k / Rx=212k >>> ST25R3911B_PROTOCOL_SELECT, 0451100500Example: Select ISO14443-B RF protocol Tx=106k / Rx=106k >>> ST25R3911B_PROTOCOL_SELECT, 03010180Example: Select ISO14443-A RF protocol Tx=106k / Rx=106k >>> ST25R3911B_PROTOCOL_SELECT, 02000280Example: Select ISO15693 RF protocol High Data rate 100% >>> ST25R3911B_PROTOCOL_SELECT, 0109Best regards,

Hi!I'm using STM32G030F6P6 TSSOP-20 and I notice that BOOT0 pin and SWCLK pin are the same pin. If I want to program the STM32G030F6P6 MCU, then I only need SWDIO and SWCLK and NRST pin and forget about the BOOT0 pin because BOOT0 pin is not avaiable if I have SWDIO?

Hello,I have an unexpected behavior with a H753ZI board. After a very few steps, I ended up in a situation where PCROP seems to be enabled and RDP level is set to 0. For some reasons, this causes the board to freeze indefinitely, moreover after disconnecting it, it became unresponsive to any action using STM32CubeProgrammer or ST Link Utility. The symptoms:The board can not be connected to in a mode other than "hot plug" mode. Trying to connect in "normal" mode yields the error DEV_TARGET_NOT_HALTED. Trying to connect to the board using the "under reset" mode while holding the reset button down does not work either. This has been tried using STM32CubeProgrammer, ST Link Utility and STM32 Programmer CLI.Once connected in "hot plug" mode, full chip erase is impossible. An error is given saying "Error: Mass erase operation failed. Please verify flash protection".In "hot plug" mode, I am also unable to modify any of the option bytes. For example, if I try to set the RDP level from 0 to 1, I

Hi all,I'am working with LSM6DSO32 and I would like to understand better the relation between ODR and bandwith. What I understand, ODR is output data rate, this is the time where I can read a packet, for example in page 68 of the datasheet Gyroscope ODR configuration setting, if I choose ODR 208Hz the meaning is : I can read data from my gyro every 4.8ms is it right? So now the bandwith what is it? For examploe page 74 Accelerometer bandwidth configurations, I can read ODR/20 for example what is the meaning ?Thanks

Hey there. I am developing an application which uses the PSSI interface of the STM32H730. But while debugging the registers are not available in the SFR view. Any ideas?

Hello,How can I send data from touchGFX screen to main task? I have action on click button which calculate me data, but I'm not sure how can I send calculated data to my main program.

I'm communicating between STM32F746G-Discovery ans ESP32 using UART (PC6 and PC7 pins on STM). ESP receives some data at certain intervals over WiFi and transmits it to STM via UART. On STM I want UART to receive data only when ESP32 has transmitted. Probably STM has to keep listening to UART port until there is data. I want this in non-blocking mode, since there are other peripherals and display working on STM. How does STM32 know that ESP is sending data over UART and HAL_UART_Receive_IT has to be called to receive it.

I am trying to configure 32F469IDISCOVERY board for display application. I have referred article : https://community.st.com/s/article/FAQ-GUI-on-STM32F469-Discovery-boards-using-CubeMX-and-STemWin.In that I can configure display in a landscape mode. I want to configure it in a portrait mode.I have changed configuration in LTDC, DSI but I can see the display completely jumbled like this. Can anybody guide on how to configure the display hardware and software parameter in discovery kit ?

Hi,I'm trying to setup the SMARTMIC package on my STM32H743 board with the CCAO2M2 board and MEMS microphones, and I want to use the beamforming library (AcousticBF version V2.2.0). But when i call the BF_init function, I pass in the HardFault_Handler function at the AcousticBF_setConfig function call.I've tested many things and i noticed that when I comment the SIDE_X line (SIDE_X = 147) we don't pass anymore in the HardFault_Handler function. I have the same problem when i call the AcousticBF_FirstStep function : even if I comment the SIDE_X line in my initilization, I still pass in the HardFault_Handler function. What could explain this behavior ?Thank you for your help.

STM32L422kbHi,I have created a USB sensor project through MX cube as FreeRtos based CDC device in FS mode. The sensor is detected as a com port in the device manager while I connect to the USB port in my PC. But sometimes it won't, It detected as a DFU(STM32 Bootloader) device under the USB section. It means the firmware jumps into the bootloader during powerup. How to lock up the bootloader jumps? Is there anything I am missing in the configuration?Boot0 pin is idle. (No external pull-up or Pulldown).Thanks,Param.

Hi ST team and community !I'm here because i have some troubles on the processus of initialisation of multiple sensors VL53L1CB.I use the following library available on gitHub : https://github.com/stm32duino/VL53L1The processus is the following :Shut down reset pin XSHUT of each sensorThen, in a for loop (to setup my 3 sensors) :Power ON the first sensor with XSHUT pinI2C scanner to detect my only sensor ON (normally at address 0x29)Create my C++ component with the I2C link and XSHUT digital/analog PINInit sensor with the new address with InitSensor function in the class VL53L1 of C++ APII2C scanner again to check if the address has been changedThen, switch to another sensor in the for loop until initialisation of my 3 sensors. My problem is when the for loop arrives on the third sensor, it's impossible to execute InitSensor function and the program turn to infinity. Question is, there is a RAM probleme when i create C++ component with "new/delete" ? (load the entire VL53L1 class ?) I h

HiI don't understand how to use the custom bluetooth template in CubeIDE for a STM32WB55CC microchip. I need to know how to configure this in order to understand how to configure a bluetooth liaison with BLE.Best regards

If it does support EMC, how can I read some ID information from the cable?

Hi,i'm trying to connect an STM32L072cz mcu ( as a master ) to a gas-module (as a slave) which 7-bit address from data sheet is "1100101b",Wiring, pull-up resistors are placed correctly,i'm trying to test if the communication is well established between the MCU and the sensor, but all I have is a HAL_ERROR from HAL_I2C_IsDeviceReady(),NB : THIS CODE IS AUTOMATICALLY GENERATED FROM CubeMX this is my code :/* USER CODE BEGIN Header *//** ****************************************************************************** * @file      : main.c * @brief     : Main program body ****************************************************************************** * @attention * * <h2><center>© Copyright (c) 2021 STMicroelectronics. * All rights reserved.</center></h2> * * This software component is licensed by ST under BSD 3-Clause license, * the "License"; You ma

Hi, I need to implement an s-ramp for a stepper motor.Currently using L6482.Can you please point me in the direction of the correct controller + driver? Thanks!Uri

Hi all,I'm using L6482H stepper.The need has arisen to drive 2 motors simultaneously, with the same profile.I was thinking about daisy chaining the SYNC output of the first driver with the STCK of the second driver. But I understand that this will not quite do the job, because at best the output of SYNC is half the frequency of the stepper counter. Is this correct? Is there any way around this?If not, are there other (microstepping) components that can be used for simultaneous motion without having to use a multi motor controller ?Thanks,Uri

In Dynamic Graph widget, when we call API addDataPoint(), this will return the index of the added value. But how to get the x position?

Hi, I am working with STM32H747-Disco and I am currently working with I2C bus. My I2C bus is working perfectly fine and I can see the communication. I just have main.c file and everything is there. I am planning to have different file for the initialisation and I will just call the function from main.c file. I defined handletypedef in main.c file and passed it as a prameter to another file and I2C stopped working. The code is below: I2C_HandleTypeDef hi2c4 ;I have called initialise from main.c passing hi2c4 as a parameter:Initialise_I2C4(hi2c4);I have defined initialise function in another file copying the working code from main.c file which is below:void MX_I2C4_Init(I2C_HandleTypeDef i2c4){ i2c4.Instance       = I2C4; i2c4.Mode         = HAL_I2C_MODE_MASTER; i2c4.Init.Timing      = 0x10707DBC;        //I2C frequency at 100 KHz. In the video, "Security Part6 - STM32 security ecosystem - 02 Building the SBSFU" there are some scripts under the folder "STM32SecuWS" which are unavailable in the SBSFU download software. Where can I get these scripts? I am also struggling while following the U2262 manual in step 8. The welcome screen does not display after I configure TeraTerm. I am not sure if I did the flashing thing wrong- it is a bit unclear. Would appreciate any help thanks.
