this is my codeuint32_t delayCnt;int main(){ ledInit(); SysTick_Config(SystemCoreClock/48000); while(1) { GPIO_WriteBit(GPIOC, GPIO_Pin_13, Bit_SET); delay_ms(10000); GPIO_WriteBit(GPIOC, GPIO_Pin_13, Bit_RESET); }}

I want to measure analogue input ( 0-10V DC , 4-20ma) using STM32 MCU.STM32 pin ip voltage (0-3.3)Now I want to convert 0-10V & 4-20ma in to (0-3.3V DC) what is the circuit diagram for getting 0-3.3V output ?

I have multiple channels that I am trying to read from. I want to try both DMA and Interrupt mode.Does the callback follow the EOC flag, and therefore follow the 'End of Conversion Selection' setting in Cube (to which I have set to 'at the end of single channel conversion')? If so, does that mean when I call HAL_ADC_GetValue (say from this callback), I will be getting the result of the channel that has just been converted? For DMA I understand that HAL_ADC_ConvHalfCpltCallback is called when the chosen buffer I have given it is half full. So does that mean HAL_ADC_ConvCpltCallback is called when the buffer is completely full and not when a singular channel or all channels has been converted?

Why do some documents use Cube-MX instead of the MX inside of Cube-IDE? I can open an IOC with Cube-IDE and do everything Cube-MX does and more so why are so many examples using just Cube-MX? I downloaded the current version of Cube-MX but it is very slow, like watching paint dry compared to Cube-IDE

I am using STM32CubeExpansion_SBSFU_V2.6.0 to test SBSFU on B-L4S5I-IOT01A board.I am using the projects in the Projects/B-L4S5I-IOT01A/2_Images_KMS folder with STM32CubeIDE. I did not change or modify anything regarding the files.I first built the SECoreBin and then the SBSFU project. Then I followed UM2262 documentation page 48 to flash the SBSFU.bin image. I connected to the board with Tera Term but getting the following error output:Am I missing something?

I just installed Atollic TrueStudio on a new PC. I am getting eclipse-related errors when I try to run the program. I'm not sure if the failure is in tx or rx.The full generated project is attachedtested on dual nucleo-f401RE+S2868A1 boardstest protocol: reset both boards, click few times on blue button of a board, and see it just blink twice on the other board.I have no clue where to find the problem, I just see the example is failing fast, and when pushing a button the app think it does send radio frame.(it goes to: SM_STATE_SEND_DATA, SM_STATE_WAIT_FOR_TX_DONE and back to SM_STATE_START_RX )stm32cubeide 1.8.0SUB2G lib+example: 4.2.0

Hi everyone, I need to power my F401RE with a 3.3V external power source. I read in the datasheet I need to connect the power source to the CN7 pin 12 or CN7 pin 16. Where do I connect GND signal apart from 3.3V signal? Also, from what I understood, I need to desolder SB2 AND SB12 to get it working, to mantain the ST-LINK functionalities.Am I correct? Do I need to remove/change any jumper positions? I don't seem to find info about jumpers for 3.3V.Thank you

Let's assume we have a software that uses FDCAN Classic and I2C with multiple slaves. FDCAN Priority = 1I2C Priority = 2During the transmission / Receiving process, the I2C is locked : __HAL_LOCK(hi2c);If an FDCAN interruption arrives during the I2C process, does the I2C get interrupted or does it wait until the I2C process get unlocked ?

On the STM32L051x6 datasheet it is written "PB9/12/13/14/15, PH0/1 and PC13 GPIOs should be configured as output and driven Low, even if they are not available onthis package" but in the "notes" space of the pin register descrpition there is no reference to this note. Anyway, since the packages are small i need to use to use those pins as I/O.What are the risks, if i use them as standard I/O? What exactly means "Should be" in a techincal datasheet without a clear description of the conseguencies? Thank you,Alex

I have a STM32WB35CEU7A. Vref doesn't provide a pin out, it's tied to Vdda internally. On my PCB Vdda is connected to Vdd. The question is: The ADC will take into account the internal Vref or Vdda ? I suppose the latter please verify. If that is the case can the internal Vref (Vrefbuf) still be read to offset the error from Vdda ?Thanks in advance

Currently we are using STM32G473CC controller for one our project, where we using CAN module(CAN 2.0 mode) in operation along with peripheral like UART1/LPUART1 in operation. We integrated CAN open stack on top of CAN driver for communication and in other side we use UART1 in operation. We are facing a problem that the CAN transmit error occurs when the UART1/LPUART1 is running in parallel to the CAN transmission. This in result the transmit error counter in FDCAN_ECR register increments and end up BUSOFF bit set. If the UART1/LPUART1 is not in operation the CAN operation is stable. Is there any limitation in the Controller core using CAN transmission and UART1/LPUART1 in parallel? What are the scenario the transmit error can occur in the transmit frame?

For example I have the following frame buffer data with mostly 0's and only the first value populated with a blue color.static const uint32_t image_data[480] = { 0x000000ff, 0x00000000, 0x00000000, 0x00000000, 0x00000000, 0x00000000, 0x00000000, 0x00000000, 0x00000000, 0x00000000, 0x00000000, 0x00000000, . . 0x000000, 0x000000, 0x000000, 0x000000, 0x000000, 0x000000, . . 0x00000000, 0x00000000, 0x00000000, 0x00000000, 0x00000000, }With LTDC PixelFormat set to LTDC_PIXEL_FORMAT_RGB888 - I get the following output on the LCD. A single blue line on the left-most side of the LCD. I think I can reason about the output but this still raises a question. I was expecting the first value from the frame buffer data to represent a single point on the screen not an entire line. How would I represent a single point if not like this? I can reason about the color of the line since the value is 0x000000ff and the 2 least significant bits represent blue. The following 2 bits represent green, The ne

I've configured IWDG for my application (STM32L053). When I've halted the application during debugging, the IWDG is still triggering resets. I'm using a SEGGER j-link. I've attempted to use the __HAL_DBGMCU_FREEZE_IWDG() macro, but it doesn't seem to have any affect. I've also tried to write to the register directly:*((volatile int *)(0xE0042008)) |= (1 << 12);When I check in the SFR view for APB1_FZ, the DBG_IWDG_STOP value never changes.I can disable initializing the IWDG when debugging, but that isn't ideal. Any help?

Is it possible or not? Suggest any other method

Hello, I'm working with the NUCLEO-G0B1RE, controlling some motors. In order to correctly control motor I need to synchronize to timers. For this, I chose to use TIM3 and TIM15 TIM15 on Slave-Gated modeMy issue is that when the TIM3 and TIM15 start running they have nearly, but not the same, CNT.However, after some time the TIM3 and TIM15 are clearly not synch. They seem to follow each other but with a difference of ~700 ticks. Clock Tree is not the same for both Timers, but the frequency is configured to be the same.I attach some print screens of the configuration. I can post completly the code, or clock tree...etc. if required.Thank you for your help!

I would like to know how I can get in touch with the technical support team of ST.

Hi,I have a project where we use the STM32WB55 with the ST25R3911B as NFC module for OOB pairing.I couldn't find any example for OOB pairing flow.My start point is the p2p_server example and I can see there are:BleApplicationContext.BleApplicationContext_legacy.bleSecurityParam.OOB_DataBleApplicationContext.BleApplicationContext_legacy.bleSecurityParam.OOB_Data_Presentwhich I assume are relevant for my cause. After reading AN5289 I also can tell there are:aci_gap_set_oob_data()aci_gap_get_oob_data() - which in my case always return an array of '0' at the But I can't figure how to connect the dots. is there any example for OOB?when I am invoking get oob data as below I always get OOB_Data array of '0', why? uint8_t Address_Type = 0; uint8_t Address[6]; // initial value is just for seeing it gets override uint8_t OOB_Data[16] = { 0x01, 0x02, 0x03 }; uint8_t OOB_Data_Len; uint8_t getOobDataRes = aci_gap_get_oob_data(0x01, &Address_Type, Address, &OOB_Data_Len, OOB_Data);If there

Hi,I have previously been using the CubeIDE for STM32 developement. Recently I switched to using VScode with makefiles. This has been a very positive upgrade in my opinion, but today I met a problem. I tried to include the CMSIS DSP library to my project. I use the cubeMX software to generate the makefiles for me. In my makefile I defined the following LDFLAGS:#######################################   # LDFLAGS   #######################################   # link script   LDSCRIPT = STM32H750VBTx_FLASH.ld     # libraries   LIBS = -lc -lm -lnosys -larm_cortexM7lfsp_math   LIBDIR = -Ldsp/lib   LDFLAGS = $(MCU) -specs=nano.specs -T$(LDSCRIPT) $(LIBDIR) $(LIBS) -Wl,-Map=$(BUILD_DIR)/$(TARGET).map,--cref -Wl,--gc-sections -static While trying to compile I get the following error:Drivers/CMSIS/Include/cmsis_gcc.h:1852:57: error: conflicting types for '__QSUB'   1852 | __attribute__((always_inline)) __STATIC_INLINE int32_t __QSUB( int32_t op1,

Hello,In SUBGHZ generic pack FSK, how can I configure CRC to ITU-T CRC8 : X8+X2+X+1the only information I have find was in the datasheet of Semtech SX1261/2, and it was just about IBM CRC and CCIT CRC.What about other configurations ?

During debugging of a dual core application everything works fine for the CM4 core debug config and afterwards starting the program. As soon as I try to add the debug config for CM0+ the following error occurs:  STMicroelectronics ST-LINK GDB server. Version 6.1.0 Copyright (c) 2022, STMicroelectronics. All rights reserved.   Starting server with the following options: Persistent Mode : Disabled Logging Level : 1 Listen Port Number : 61235 Status Refresh Delay : 15s Verbose Mode : Disabled SWD Debug : Enabled     Error in initializing ST-LINK device. Reason: ST-LINK: Could not verify ST device! Abort connection.I can reproduce the error using Nucleo-WL55JC1 with example dual core projects, so it is at least not my code. Tried onboard ST-link v3 and external STLINK V3SET.I verified my config following this tutorial.CubeMonitor and CubeProgrammer can connect without any issues.

Hi everyone,I've been trying to reprogram some modules made to transmit some CAN data frames to a car when plugged in the OBD socket. Basically the MCU is programmed to send some frames and I'd like to replace these frames with others ones. Here is a picture of the device as well as a schematic I made :The MCU is a STM32F103C8T6 and the CAN transceiver shows the writing "NXP A1040/C DBA000 D64.1" on it. When I type that in Google it returns the TJA1040 high speed CAN transceiver : https://www.nxp.com/docs/en/data-sheet/TJA1040.pdf.So I did a bit of research and started my project. Here is the configuration I used in MX :  I first started by trying to use the buzzer to test the basics and it works. Then my next step was to use the CAN loopback mode to try and see if I could send/receive messages. This is where I struggle. I joined the whole code below. It compiles and runs (I use a ST link to debug). It just never gets into the interrupt function that is supposed to activate the buz

Hi supporter, I have two boards, one is my custom board and another is dk2. Those boards are not support high speed of mmc1. Hi everyone.I am working on SMBus communication and i want to calculate PEC (packet error code) value. PEC value is using CRC-8 checksum with 0x07 polynomial. I want to use CRC peripheral in STM32G031F6 for PEC calculate. Cubemx settings are below. And code is here;CRC_Data[0] = 0x16; CRC_Data[1] = 0x0f; CRC_Data[2] = 0x17; CRC_Data[3] = 0xe9; CRC_Data[4] = 0x03; SMBus_PEC = HAL_CRC_Calculate (&hcrc, CRC_Data, 5);SMBus_PEC value is 0x54 but this is wrong. It must be 0xE8. I am calculating with online CRC calculation from this site ==> https://www.lddgo.net/en/encrypt/crcI read from the SMBus PEC value is also 0xE8. Also, when I calculate it manually, i get same value. What is the problem?Have a nice day.
