I would like to inquire about the availability of D95 Gold micromodule and D92 Silver micromodule or any other available micromodule in the market. If available, how can I get it?

Hi,We are using stm32mp157a processor in my custom board.I need to select SPI2_NSS for PB9 But when i configure PB9 as SPI2_NSS it is not configured as SPI2_NSS.We are unable to enable Hardware NSS signal Option in Stm32 cube MX but it is mentioned in Data Sheet. How can i come out of this?Thank You.

I was working ISM330DLC sensor which I have interfaced with the my dev board nucleo 144 STM32F446. I'm using SPI protocol to get the raw data and also I'm able to read who am I register using following example codes "ism330dlc_read_data_polling.c". After reading getting raw data I was using MOTION GC library to get the calibrated data but I observed that "gyro_bias" parameter which will give the calibrated value of the accelerator as well as variable "bias update" was always zerovoid MotionGC_Update ( MGC_input_t * data_in, MGC_output_t * gyro_bias, int * bias_update )So while debugging this issue, I came across the following function where I found the following functionint32_t ism330dlc_mag_calibrated_raw_get(stmdev_ctx_t *ctx, int16_t *val) { uint8_t buff[6]; int32_t ret; ret = ism330dlc_read_reg(ctx, ISM330DLC_OUT_MAG_RAW_X_L, buff, 6); val[0] = (int16_t)buff[1]; val[0] = (val[0] * 256) + (int16_t)buff[0]; val[1] = (int16_t)buff[3]; val[1] = (val[1] * 256) + (int16_t)b

For using need .axf file, not found in my project((. How receive it file? May be need more IDE settings?

I’m trying to see if I can debug a STM Nucelo H7A3 with an Olimex ARM-USB-OCD-H debugger. I’m have the debugger connected to the Nucelo with the Olimex ARM-JTAG-SWD and ARM-JTAG-20-10. Is there a way to tell l STM32CubeIDE to use the Olimex debugger? I did try with VisualGDB connected to the Nucleo but I get this error when I try to download and debug and the same error when I test the connection during project setup. Error: Error connecting DP: cannot read IDRI’ve been trying to get some help from Olimex but it looks like they don’t have anymore suggestions to offer. I’m hoping someone else has used the Olimex debugger on a STM32 Nucleo or other SMT32 development board and that there’s an easy answer before I have to invest in the significantly more expensive Segger debugger. Any help will be appreciated. Thanks

By mistake, I ended up setting PA14 (SWCLK) as an input GPIO. Didn't catch the mistake until after the MCU had already been flashed. So, after that I can't connect to it anymore using ST-Link.Since I'm using a STM32G030F6 (TSSOP-20) chip, for this chip the boot0 pin is shared with the same PA14. I did try to connect PA14/BOOT0 to either GND and VCC (and reset the board afterwards each time), but I wasn't able to get it into bootloader mode. Also attempted to connect with STM32CubeProgrammer via UART (to UART2, on PA2/PA3), but that wasn't successful, despite many attempts. As I understand, to access UART1 I need to set the SysCfg remapping registers so PA11/PA12 become PA9/PA10, so connecting (via CubeProg) to UART1 didn't work either. So I've run out of options to try to connect to chip and re-flash it with a code that enables PA14 as SWCLK again. Are there additional procedures I could try?

Virgin STM32L4 always shows "Mass erase operation failed. Pleaes verify flash protection" error in STM32CubeProg. It is a virgin device, I guess as factory setting there should be no write protection. How could I flash it at all?Thank you very much!

What is the max frequency when driving the LPTIM from an external clock?I would like to drive the LPTIM1 from a STM32L433 to control a Boost switch regulator. Since we can clock LPTIM1 from 80MHz PLL internal. Is this limit safe for external as well?Ideally, we want 250kHz switching frequency while keeping STOP1 MCU.

I am trying to get a pulse out of TIM2 in compare mode but I see no output. Here is my snippet of code:#include "iostm8l101f3.h" void main( void ) { CLK_CKDIVR = 0x01; // 8MHz PA_CR1 = 0xFF; // all pullups PB_DDR = 0x01; // 0000 0001 = PB0 (TIM2 CCR1) output, all other input PB_CR1 = 0xFF; // 1111 1111 = Pullups: PB1-PB7, push-pull: PB0 PC_ODR = 0x01; // PC0 high, PC1 low PC_DDR = 0x03; // PC0 and PC1 output, rest are input PC_CR1 = 0xFC; // Pullups on inputs PC2 - PC7 PD_CR1 = 0xFF; // Pullup on PD0-PD7   CLK_PCKENR |= 0x1; // enable TIM2 clock TIM2_ARRH = 0x07; // period high byte TIM2_ARRL = 0xD0; // period low byte TIM2_CCR1H = 0x03; // 50% duty TIM2_CCR1L = 0xE8; TIM2_CCMR1_COMPARE_OC1M = 6; // pwm 1 TIM2_BKR_MOE = 1; // Main output enable TIM2_CCER1_CC1E = 1; // enable output   TIM2_CR1_CEN = 1; // enable counter TIM2_EGR |= 1; // Reset timer   while(1) { // loop forever } }When I run this in the IAR debugger, I put a breakpoint on the while l

The "helpful" link in the getting started guide says it is available on www.st.com . Could someone be more specific? Thanks

This really seems like a simple thing, but I cannot figure it out. I am getting a linker error "cannot find -l:libtouchgfx-float-abi-hard.a". I can see the file so I know it exists, but it's not finding it. Adding the file manually to the include folder in project explorer does not work.

Hi,I'm using the FIFO of the LSM6DSL IMU sensor to sample accelerometer and gyroscope values. I'm sampling the FIFO only once the watermark is true and read the FIFO as long as the number of patterns in the FIFO is not zero. I read the FIFO faster than it gets filled by setting an application timer every 50ms that empties the FIFO (if the watermark is true). However, no matter I use the maximum SPI frequency or anything, I can never get as high of a sampling rate as expected. When the accelerometer or gyroscope are sampling at 416Hz, I get about 410 Hz actual samples. This number is different for different sensors (same hardware and firmware) and it can be 412 or 414 Hz, but never 416Hz. I lose a similar number of samples (about 1.4%) for different sampling rates.Based on this discussion and this other, it seems this is due to the IMU's internal clock inaccuracy. So, is there nothing I can do to know how many samples I should expect? It seems each individual sensor has a particular freq

I was generate key-pair (privateKey.pem, publicKey.pem) by STM32MP_KeyGen_CLI and also got publicKeyhash.bin. After this i was sign FSBL TF-A bootloader and then make FIP (OP-TEE, U-Boot, configs) with "TRUSTED_BOARD_BOOT=1" option, kernel, rootfs. At now i have a question: is any easy way to put publicKeyhash.bin on device OTP (about hundred devices)?Usage "STM32_Programmer_CLI -c port=usb1 -otp program wordID=0xNNNN value=0xMMMM" command is not easy way, because absent command to read OPT. How to check programmed value after write, before lock device? And also need some script to convert "publicKeyhash.bin" to STM32_Programmer_CLI commands. How was solved this case on mass production?

When creating a new project I can not find EVAL-SPIN3201 in the inverter list. Are boards downloadable or what am I missing?

Hey everyone,I'm trying to make a project in C++. I tried the trick to rename main.c to main.cpp with the right-click > rename function. It works, but then if I change the IOC with the config tool, it will create a new main.c with the proper settings (and ignore main.cpp).What would be the proper way to use C++? Is there a setting to have main.cpp updated in case of a config change ?

I am writing a Flexray driver for SPC56. And I follow steps that mentioned in document. But there is not detail description in that document : SPC56XL70xx 32-bit MCU family built on the embedded Power Architecture® (st.com) . Like protocol initialization 1.c in flexray application information on page 903 : "configure the FR_PCR0,..., FR_PCR30 registers to set all protocol parameters" and there is no information that registers default values and which ones must be configured. Do anyone have detail flexray configuration document or anyone could help me?

The customer was looking for a lock function from its BLDC motor driver. They were advised to use the “dynamic braking? function of their motor driver, it seems - from what I understand. The Dynamic braking function does not offer a true locking functionality, unfortunately. Dynamic braking will allow the motor to drift from a stopped position, if the load can overcome the mechanical frictions and backdrive the motor and its transmission. Think of it as adding a lot of viscosity into a mechanism; that’s what the Dynamic Braking functionality of a BLDC motor driver chip provides. In the customer’s situation, closing the loop on position (simple Proportional closed-loop is probably sufficient in this case) would keep motor in its stopped position, even if the load tries to backdrive the motor. Application: Tourniquet. After reaching proper pressure, the tourniquet must stay in position not to allow the release of pressure. Dynamic Braking will allow a slow release of the press

Hello everyone,I'm struggling trying to compile an old project without having to regenerate the configuration files, this project was made under the ppc freegcc with vle support V4.9.2 ,I tried to compile using the last actual version(4.9.4) and I'm facing a lot of problems. From what I understood in order to correctly compile we need a PATH that include 3 locations :1-The Make.exe location2-gcc.exe location (Plugins/GCC-plugin-version/toolchain/bin)3-ld.exe location (Plugins/GCC-plugin-version/toolchain/powerpc-eabivle/bin)Thing with using that version is that we will need to update the crt0.s file otherwise we will have linking errors, (I don't know if updating other s file is necessary) Could someone please tell me how can I get the older version ? I'm just looking for that particular plugin<< com.st.tools.spc5.tools.gnu.gcc.ppcvle.win32_1.0.0.201611101103 >>Thank you for you help.

Hi,I'm trying to interface a nrf52840 DK with a LIS2DW12. I'm using the ST-Eval board for the IMU. I'm able to read the WHO_AM_I register and it gives the correct value(0x44). I tried setting the IMU to 100Hz and the high performance mode. When i tried to read the CTRL1 and CTRL6 registers, it returns a 0.Is there any specific sequence the ODR and power modes must be set? Thanks

HI,I am working on STM32F413zh and i am trying to enable FSMC_NL gpio pin. I dont't know what is the purpose and how to enable this pin in STM32cubeMX. Please give me the support.Thankyou.
