Hi,I'm working on a STM32H755BIT6 with a custom PCB layout, which uses direct SMPS supply hardware configuration.I'm migrating an existing Keil project which was created with STM32CubeMx 6.7.0 to STM32CubeMx 6.11.1 and I discovered that the option PWR_DIRECT_SMPS_SUPPLY is now unavailable.I wonder if this is a bug from CubeMx software or if it was remove on purpose to force user use another hardware configuration? Thanks!

Hi there, I'm trying to configure a CubeMX project, starting from scratch, for a custom board based on a STM32MP153CAC3. And I'm having an issue with the MPU clock setting. In particular, I can't select any MPU Clock Mux option and see the PLL1 tree as not editable:  Is it normal? Do I have to change something to unlock the configuration? It seems very strange to me that I can't change the MPU clock! NOTE: used CubeMX v6.9 and v6.11, standalone version, same result. Please help me :) Thanks

Hello everyone,Hello @Martin KJELDSEN , I have read all the posts in the community, thats with this topic relevant and tried to do the same thing in this post.I could reversed the screen with 180 degree, except the buttons they staying on the original position. Even when they are clicked then nothing happens. The post above is few years ago and i don't know if there is some updates to this subject. Otherwise i muss flipping all the screens in the designer.Regards,Mahdi_____________________________________________________________________________Before flipping:After:but the button is not touchable.

Hello,I made 2 project about client and server using stm32wb1mmc product. > server project is using "custom p2p server"It works well but I want to improve usability. 1. How to reduce scan time for connect client to server?  > I quote it from examples. use "CFG_TASK_START_SCAN_ID" when external pin interrupt is set.    so when button is pushed, client start scan request. after 10s appx, client can be connected server.    I want to reduce this time. 2. How to enter sleep(stop) mode cpu2?As far as I know, cpu2 can't enter stop mode after cpu1 & cpu2 booted completely. If it is correct, is it no way to cpu2 enter sleep and wake up? I attached 2 project files.best regard.

Hello,I added the RFAL software library to my existing wireless charger project. When I set totalDuration to 50U, there are cases where it cannot detect the card. I get better results when I set totalDuration to 25U. Will it cause problems if I reduce the value of the totalDuration parameter in the library for NFC/RFID card detection? What is range for totalDuration parameter? How should I adjust it?

After updating Cube to v1.5 for my STM32H5 project (Nucleo-H563ZI), the ethernet stopped working except during the initial run after a load of the firmware with the debugger.  After a reset, either POR or via the debugger, pings to the board fail.  When I checkout an earlier version of the code that uses a Cube v1.4 .ioc file, and bypass the migration to v1.5, the ethernet behaves normally.  Has anyone else experienced a similar issue?

Hi team.I develop a code, employs read the ADC value from the LDR and transmit the ADC value serially by UART, and glow the LED if LDR value goes above 1400. It is work fine up to hardware level. Now I update the value in the HTML page using Ethernet. I will be able to send only the ADC value to web page, I unable to send the LED STATUS to the web page. In the ssi_Handler function the iIndex value execute only the Case 0:(ADC_Value update), it does not update the case 1:(LED_Status) value. I attached my code below, please guide me to what type of error I was made. the code has 3 parts1. main.c2.ssi.c3.shtml codethe first part of the code 1. main.c/* USER CODE BEGIN Header */ /** ****************************************************************************** * @file : main.c * @brief : Main program body ****************************************************************************** * @attention * * Copyright (c) 2024 STMicroelectronics. * All rights reserved. * * This softw

I want to realize a scroll bar in ScrollList. So the scroll bar will work like process bar. And it will tell my user where the current icon is.Is there any clever way to realize it.In addition, can I customize the scroll bar?

I want to program my STM32WB55VG-Q6, but have been getting 'No ST-Link Detected'. I was using a Nucleo board previously and the ST-Link works fine with it. I am able to debug and flash the program onto the Nucleo but not on the STM32WB55VG-Q6 board.

Hi everyone, I am trying to use an accelerometer with my STM32h745 board thought SPI.DO you have any idea where I can find library for thus accelerometers ?And how to use the SPI protocole with STM32H745 :)

Hi,I have custom developed board that uses STM32F401RCT6TR as MCU. I have LSM6DSLTR IMU sensor on the board and MCU is communicating with IMU using I2C1 channel (PB6 and PB7). I also have 2.4" screen (ILI9341) that displays IMU values and external EEPROM (on I2C2 channel) to store data. I am facing problem in I2C1 (PB6 and PB7) channel. Sometimes the sensors returns correct values, but most of the times it returns weird data. I think that my library is correct because I used same library in  my another board (that uses STM32F030) and it was working as expected. I have pull up resistors attached to the I2C lines. I also changed the MCU and IMU with new ones, but nothing changed and IMU not worked as expected.  I think it is sth related to my code. Could you please help me to solve this issue? I have attached LSM6DSLTR library and main code to this post.Thank you

Hi  I am using the module Lora-E5 which has the STM32WLE5J inside.  Looking at cubeMX , I can select LoraWan, but I want to only use the Lora side. Do I simply select the LoraWan, and use the Lora part, as it requires LoraWan key etc which I wont use. Best RegardsScott

Hello,I started a new design based on an STM32H745XI with a 480x272 TFT screen.I have some experience with TouchGFX with a previous design on an STM32H7B3 with the same screen but this development is stucked at the TouchGFX 4.17 revision. My problem is with images stored in a non mapped external flash (an eMMMC in this case). I setup the bitmap cache as usual using the registerBitmapDatabase call in my TouchGFXConfiguration.cpp file as this : // Use the section "TouchGFX_ImageCache" in the linker to specify the placement of the cacheLOCATION_PRAGMA("TouchGFX_ImageCache")uint16_t imageCache[2*1024*1024/2] LOCATION_ATTRIBUTE("TouchGFX_ImageCache");void touchgfx_init(){Bitmap::registerBitmapDatabase(BitmapDatabase::getInstance(), BitmapDatabase::getInstanceSize(), imageCache,sizeof(imageCache),10);I implemented the blockCopy function to detect address ranges in the ExtFlashSection and provide the copy from eMMC to RAM but this blockCopy function is never called in normal run ...

Hello everyone!I have succesfully connected my p2pRouter (it is a STM32WB5x) to a p2pServer (always STM32WB5x). On the Server there is an IMU and I want to send data from server to router via bluetooth. If I connect my phone to the server with STBLESensorAPP and select accelerometer feature it works and I can see accelerometer data on my phone. But it doesn't happen the same when I do this with router.Specifically, on server side, accelerometer data are stored in a service called My_P2PServer using the following functions:  ret = aci_gatt_add_service(UUID_TYPE_128,                             (Service_UUID_t *) &uuid,                             PRIMARY_SERVICE,      &

When i debug SPI1 on STM32F407, program will jump to 0x00 when write DR register, MCU reset and loop continuely. when i measure the SCLK signal using oscillator, SCLK is always high after SPI1 is enabled  When i write to DR of SPI1, the code jump to mainI check the SCLK keep high after SPI1 enabledI searched on the net, and this is suggest that SPI1 SCLK shared same pin with JTAG-TDO, Jtag should be disabled, but for 407, there is no the JTAG disable instruction in HAL. Is there anyone can help me on this or give me some hints? Thanks

Hi,I'm using TMS570 with SPC5STUDIO environment. My toolchain generates out.elf and out.hex but I would like to have a byte hex stream (without address and other information) directly do use as download byanother microcontroller that lead TMS570.I have to write a source code to analyze and parse the .hex orit already exsist that format?ThanksFabio

I am using STM32L496ZGT6P. When using DAC along with DMA to generate voltage and frequency of my desired range. But I am unable to get hold of the frequency setting. Sysclk I set is 4Mhz. 20 is prescaler value, 4Mhz/20 = 200000.This is further divided by 10 which is time period(ARR) .I am supposed to get 20000 as output in DAC, which I am getting in UART because of the below function, but I am not getting that in CRO. in CRO I am getting 100Hz when I tap DAC output. I have cross checked the output of the DAC using multimeter also. I am getting 100Hz in multimeter. I am unable to figure it out where is the mistake. So any help in this regard is greatly appreciated.uint32_t Get_Timer2_Frequency(void){   pclk1 = HAL_RCC_GetPCLK1Freq();    prescaler = ((RCC->CFGR & RCC_CFGR_PPRE1) >> RCC_CFGR_PPRE1_Pos);   timer_clock = pclk1;   if (prescaler != 0) {         timer_clock = 2 * pclk1;   }

Hello,I am trying to make STM32F020c8t6 enter boot loader by connecting the Boot0 pin to HIGH via a 10k as given in some forms and pressing the reset. I connected the MCU UART1 to Laptop running Cube Programmer and use the UART option. The MCU uart1 RX , TX and GND are connected via USB to uart converter which is working for all UART communications...My observations: When I tie the Boot0 pin to high and press the NRST(to GND), the processor enters some state which is not running my regular code. But it does not  connect to Cube Programmer via serial port.I tried this patternPattern 2 Boot0(pin) = 1 and nBoot1(bit) = 1 even tried with nBoot=0 also via Cube Programmer and stlink-v3.Cube programmer says no response from the device some K0 stuff also. When I try STM32F103 device the above sequence works perfectly. Please suggest some clues

The U2 on my STM32F407G-DISC1 is shorted and needs to be replaced. Is the STM32F103CBT6(U2) pre-programmed, or can I just replace it with a new blank STM32F103CBT6 and it gets programmed when you DFU firmware the STM32F407G-DISC1 board.Hardware isn't a problem for me because I'm a Mech Eng, but how all this software works baffles me, ie, I'm assuming U2 is just a micro and needs code before it becomes functional for whatever it does - lol -.

Hi,I'm trying to run STM32F429  using LL library to send data periodically.as a start, i'm sending 1 char every 1 sec, but  i'm receive a wrong char (i send 'A', i receive something not clear), and when i call my custom systemClockConfig function, the UART_transmit function doesn't work.i'm using keil as IDE, i have tryed stmcubeide and with the generated project, it works fine, but even when i copy and past the same exact function (UART config, system clock config, and also the main config) in keil it doesn't work. #include "stm32f4xx_ll_rcc.h" #include "stm32f4xx_ll_bus.h" #include "stm32f4xx_ll_cortex.h" #include "stm32f4xx_ll_utils.h" #include "stm32f4xx_ll_pwr.h" #include "stm32f4xx_ll_gpio.h" #include "stm32f4xx_ll_spi.h" #include "stm32f4xx_ll_usart.h" #include "stm32f4xx_ll_system.h" void vSystemClockConfig(void); static void MX_USART1_UART_Init(void); int main(void){ vSystemClockConfig(); MX_USART1_UART_Init(); while(1){ while(!LL_USART_IsActiveFlag_TX

Hello everyone, I'am designing a model rocket flight computer. This is a two stage rocket so that's mean I will use two flight computer.Flight computers should have a communication between themselfs. For this communication which one is better? Directly connect two UART's of MCU's each other or UART-RS232 converter circuit ? I will use only RX-TX-GND pin in RS232 connection.  a visualization for better understanding...   Thank you!

Hello everyone,I hope you're doing well. I'm currently working on a project using the STM32U575ZIT6 microcontroller, and I'm facing a peculiar issue with GPIOG.I have successfully manipulated GPIOB and GPIOC for controlling LEDs, but I'm encountering difficulties with GPIOG. I've double-checked my connections, and everything seems to be in order. Here's a brief overview of my setup:LED1 on GPIOB is working fine.LED2 on GPIOC is also functioning correctly. However, LED3 on GPIOG is not responding as expected.I've verified the connections and configuration for GPIOG, but it seems that the port is not responding as anticipated. If anyone has experience with this microcontroller or has encountered a similar issue, I would greatly appreciate your insights. Here are some details that might help diagnose the problem:STM32U575ZIT6 microcontrollerLED1 on GPIOBLED2 on GPIOCLED3 on GPIOGIf you have any suggestions, advice, or troubleshooting steps, please share them. I'm eager to resolve this issue
