http://www.st.com/web/catalog/mmc/FM141/SC1169/SS1577/LN1806/PF255428#

If you visit the above website, you will find a V5 version reference manual:

Reference Manual

Description Version Size

http://www.st.com/st-web-ui/static/active/en/resource/technical/document/reference_manual/DM00031020.pdf

RM0090: STM32F405xx/07xx, STM32F415xx/17xx, STM32F42xxx and STM32F43xxx advanced ARM-based 32-bit MCUs

5.0 21,005 KB

However, after download it to computer, you will find it is still a V4 one.

Where can I get the new one?

I've just downloaded V5 version but it seems to be incomplete. I can't find any information about connecting SDRAM memory to new STM32F4xxx devices (as far as i know some devices have this capability)

Are you sure the one is not the old V4 version?

The new one is ~20MB, and the old one is 13MB, without sdram and DMA 2D.

I'm sure it is the ''new'' version because the pdf file is almost 21 MB. But still i can't find a word about SDRAM.

yw.ming, i think you still misunderstand me.  The new V5 version is available but it does not contain any information about FMC. You can download it here:
