Hi.

I have STM3210B-EVAL board which has STM32F10xxx microcontroller. I would like to know which could be the best embedded linux distribution for this microcontroller. Could I use Android on this board? I am not sure if the capability is good enough to handle the Android OS. Please help me understand this.

Cortem M and R parts aren't really suited for Linux.  You need to look at Cortex A series (A8, A9, A5x, etc.) for a larger set of resources.  You might look at the Beaglebone eval board as a low cost entry for Android.
