STM32F301K8U6 connection of exposed pad

Hello,

I am designing a PCB for STM32F301K8U6 (UFQFPN32 package)

I connected the exposed pad area with the ground but currently I am not sure if its correct.

There is not a word about what to do with it in the

.

I guess someone has an experience and could tell me how it should be connected.

Hi Lupal,

What you did as action is correct. In the next datasheet release, this will be added.

It is recommended to connect the exposed die pad to VSS.
