Hi ,

Regarding the reference manual the BRR values are evaluated using fMaster = 24Mhz and in your case you have fMaster = 16MHz. Can you please check another hypertherminal tool (try Hercules.exe) and your hardware connection. You can download Hercules.exe from this link:  http://hercules-setup.hw-group-s-r-o.qarchive.org/ If the Hypertherminal is not correctly configured you should receive data but is not correct.
