UART to ethernet convertor

Split from Issue with UART/USB Rx interrupt in STM32F407VGT6 and using DP83848 LWIP stack - which was solved some time ago.

@Satya_VVM can you help me with the same project.

I am working on UART to ethernet convertor but I am not able to find any reference .
