Hi. As a newbie user of ST microcontrollers, I'm confronted with myriad documents to study in order to get started on the sorts of functions I need to implement with their devices. I'm wondering if ST offers a tool that allows you to just enter the MCU you're targeting and what you need it to do, and then the tool generates bare bones code for you (and/or at least refers you to specific documents with the necessary info). For example, I'm working with an STM8TL52F4P6 and I'd like to program it to enter an appropriate low power mode and stay that way until a touch event occurs at which point it should wake up, do some work, and then go back to sleep again until the next touch event occurs. I was hopeful that STM8CubeMX might offer that sort of 'assistant' only to find that the STM8TL5x series wasn't on the list of supported MCUs. Is anyone willing to discuss that idea (or how I might arrive at a solution to my specific need)? Thanks.
