I want use my 8051 codes at STM8 family. I want an assembler pc program to convert machine codes of STM8 family. Also I need a pc bootloader program to loads to STM8 program flash. Can you help me?

I have alot of program that using ADUC845 that has core 8052.
I want to port these codes to STM8 family to save time.
