The application bundle contains Contents/MacOs instead of the required Contents/MacOS. On case-sensitive file systems, this prevents LaunchServices/Finder from starting the app.
Seems to be an error in the ST packaging system.

I have performed a test using macOS Tahoe 26.0 (Intel) and was able to successfully launch the latest version of STM32CubeMX 6.16.1 via Finder.
The application bundle contains Contents/MacOs .
Could you please provide more details about your environment:
1- Your macOS version
2- Your CPU architecture (Intel or ARM)
3- The STM32CubeMX version you are trying to launch
This information will help us better understand and reproduce the issue.

Hello Ghofrane,
did you try it from a system on case-sensitive file system? I won't expect the problem to arise on an Apple default installation, but as a developer, I had to re-install macOS on case-sensitive volume because of my UNIX tools.
