I have just spoken with an ST sidekick, and I was informed that STM32CubeMX is currently not supported on Windows ARM64.

Actually MX 6.16.1 is supported on the following operating systems and architectures:
• Windows® 10 32 bits (x86) or 64 bits (x64), and Windows® 11 64 bits (x64)
• Linux®: Ubuntu® LTS 22.04 and LTS 24.04, and Fedora® 42
• macOS® 15 (Sequoia), macOS® 26 (Tahoe): x86_64 and ARM-aarch64 architectures
