我在安装 STM32CubeCLT（版本:st-stm32cubeclt_1.19.0_25876_20250729_1159_x86_64.exe）时遇到问题，具体情况如下：

1. 环境信息：
   • 作系统：Windows 10 64 位（版本 22H2）
   • 安装包来源：ST 官网下载
   • 安装路径：D：\STM32CubeCLT（纯英文，无特殊字符）
2. 问题现象：
   • 双击安装包无响应 / 弹窗报错（此前尝试图形化安装失败）；
   • 尝试管理员身份运行 CMD，执行静默安装命令 ，命令行无明显报错，但安装目录未生成、等关键文件夹，确认安装失败。st-stm32cubeclt_1.19.0_25876_20250729_1159_x86_64.exe /Sbin插件
3. 补充说明：
   • 首次安装该版本，无旧版残留（已手动清理可能的遗留文件）；
   • 安装包校验过 MD5，确认完整无误。

Double-clicking the installer does not produce any response or error message (previous attempts to run the installer also failed).
Running the installer from an elevated Command Prompt (as administrator) with the silent installation command does not show any errors, but no installation directory or key folders are created, confirming the installation failed.

st-stm32cubeclt_1.19.0_25876_20250729_1159_x86_64.exe /Sbin
This is the first time installing this version, and any possible legacy files have been manually removed.
The installation package was verified using MD5 and is confirmed to be complete.
