Hi,
I had this problem since today.
When I open the program, a DOS shell opens continuously (every 5 seconds or so). The cursor changes context continuously and it is impossible to develop any applications.
I have tried:
1) search in update, and in settings how to remove this unwanted opening.
2) make a new workspace
2) uninstall and install the version
3) remove the support folders inside the users folder
Translated with DeepL.com (free version)
I made a screenshot to shell, but unfortunately it does not write anything.

In my case worked out next instruction:
1. Check for External Scripts or Services
- Open Task Manager (Ctrl + Shift + Esc) and look for any STM32-related processes (especially ST-LINK_gdbserver.exe or javaw.exe) that could be spawning the DOS shell.
- If found, try ending the process and restarting STM32CubeIDE.
Process was: Admin by request.
