PH3-BOOT0

mkm

Hi,

I am using STM32U585RIT6 MCU & I planned to flash the firmware through SWD and onboard debugger module (STLINK-V3MODS) through VCP.

I am having confusion in configuring the PH3-BOOT0 pin.

Should I connect it to 5V or GND.

Or shall I make it No connect.

@RomainR.  Can you pls help me on this?

Thanks in advance for any suggestions or help

Hi @mkm

If you need to boot on the internal flash memory, this pin is set to level LOW (GND) by a pull‑down resistor.

It is possible to put this GPIO to level HIGH to boot on the system flash memory (bootloader), by connecting  this pin to VDD.

Diane
