Not able to login in myST

Hi community,

I am not able to login to myST with LAN Internet. But at the same time, I can login to myST with wifi Internet. What is the work around to be done to solve the issue in LAN Internet?

The issue seems to be linked either to the server or the tool network connection settings.

The possibility of having issue with the server is under investigation.

If you are connected to the internet via a proxy, please follow the steps form the article bellow to set the tool correctly.
