- Is it possible to use OTP WORD 24 to 31 without enable security boot with STM32MP1 part numbers which didn't has security boot option like STM32MP157A/D?
- Same as above but with STM32MP1 part numbers which has security boot option like STM32MP157C/F?

See note 3 of Table 17 in RM0436 Rev.6
In addition to Reference Manuel, the datasheet ordering information will tell you which device has secure-boot option (here STM32MP15xD or F could fit your needs).

As long as authentication is not used, it is possible to use OTP 24-31 for other purposes.

Just one precision on STM32MP157A/D parts, OTP24-31 are permanently write locked on devices without secure-boot option as specified in the Reference Manual. So the above it is only possible on C/F parts.
