Which OS can be best compatible for STM32MP135F-DK processor? Is it feasible to use ubuntu or debian where I can use yocto build?

For development, Ubuntu PC is recommended for Yocto

On the board itself, it is running OpenSTLinux https://wiki.st.com/stm32mpu/wiki/OpenSTLinux_architecture_overview
