STM32 SubGHz ping-pong low power

Hi

I am building an app where the transmitter has no power constrains, but the receiver needs to run at lowest power.

The transmitter (master unit) will be sending pings such that any receiver (slave) near by would respond by sending its ID to the transmitter.

Normally, the receiver will be listening (scanning) for the pings from master.

I am wondering what is the best practice to reduce the power consumption on the receiver (slave), such that it can be woken up by the transmitter if the receiver is close to the transmitter ?
