I am having trouble getting Sigfox ID and PAC, with AT commands using an STM32WL55 board.

I am using a "Sigfox AT Slave" example project. When I type the AT command to get the Sigfox ID or PAC I get an "OK" message as if the command worked, but the ID or PAC do not appear.
