How to change BLE Access Address without using Low Level Driver

How do I change the BLE Access Address?(default 0x8e89bed6)

LLD can be changed through a function called HAL_BLE_LLD_Configure, but there are no functions to change the channel and access address other than that.

Is it possible to change the access address without LLD?

I suggest you to lock in the reference manual. Than change you BLE access address using direct access register programming.
