When combining the standby and OTA samples (listed below), in some cases, the OTA sample is started at the timing of standby wakeup.
・PWR_STANDBY_RTC
・BLE_Ota
In my understand, whether the standby or OTA sample is started is determined by the first 4 bytes of SRAM1's address.
Is there a case where SRAM1 becomes an undefined value in the standby, resulting in the OTA being started?

It's unclocked but should maintain content. Its typically the startup code that could trash it. But you can likely use a area that's unused and untouched. Should have a mechanism to check the integrity of data stashed there.
